- New to house flips and home renovations? Bought a cheap house you THINK could make you tens or hundreds of thousands? Before you start, you better watch this. From fist-sized holes in the walls to feces throughout the premises, rusted pipes, stairs that are asking to break your ankles, and ceiling heights that even hobbits would have a problem with, old houses are NOT something newbies should mess with. tv the sewer lines and the last thing to do is have the heat a/c ducts cleaned after all const is done and put in a fridge it makes the kitchen complete dont want to be know as a cheap cut corners flip and run flipper

I've looked at at house recently that was listed as 2 to 3 bedroom and there was only one room that would fit a bed in it. My daughter said everyone can share this room, meaning rhe only bedroom lol
