Years ago, we sold a big collection of trolls my daughter outgrew, on ebay. The guy that bought them wrote and said they were fitting in well with the others, Except for so-and so was kind of antisocial, or some such thing... He sent a picture of his basement FULL of trolls. I was kind of tickled thinking about him going down in the basement to interact with them, and his wife probably kind of worried about him.
Hey Kevin, nice haul. Frank Fritz of American Pickers said " You never regret what you've bought, only what you didn't buy". In my case it was around 20 pairs of Tony Lama boots at the Salvation Army. I'm talking ostrich, lizard, leather... all brand new for $30 each. Well...I was new to the game and only bought 3 pair. They sold almost immediately and I went back they were gone. Knowing what I know now I would have bought them all!
hey...at 22:15 or so in this video, you mentioned liking the dining room table in the house out in Gretna, VA. It actually is for sale if you're interested. $50. Table and I think 6 chairs.
Loved the old General Store and the Bluesy licks there at the end . Straight out of Deliverance. I'm almost tempted to start collecting trolls (I have too many collections as it is). They're kind of cool. Someone evidently was hard-core into them. I'm glad you filled a bag full.
I need to come to your area for yard sales! Our sales (which still haven't started yet) usually are a disappointment for me. I would have been thrilled at the great items your garage sales offered! No doubt you'll probably stumble upon a pile of great 80s toys again this year!
I did on Friday. GI Joes and Micro Machines. Video out on Friday. Pretty luck on that one I guess. Nothing like the Mount Plushmore sale but I'm still happy. Thanks so much for watching. Hope to see you more out and about soon. We have enjoyed what you have been putting on the channel regardless.
I thought I was watching an insurance commercial when you said, "Liberty, Liberty, Liberty!" 😆 I love that yard sale season is in full force. I went to one on Thursday, two on Friday, one on Saturday and one on Sunday.
I own those revere ware bowls. I like them a lot- bought new 30+ yrs ago. They don’t take up much space in the cabinet as they are sort of narrow plus they have lids- always full at thanksgiving for leftovers!
I have a weakness for trolls. I never pass them up although they take a long time to sell on ebay. They are probably too common and I tend to price them too high but they do see and are the cutest little things to take fun photos of. Boy oh boy, I know I would have bought ALL of those...lol
I sold trolls as a lot and I noticed the better dressed they are the more you get for them. Obviously, the older ones are worth a bit more. Love the bickering of the ladies. Things are slowly opening in NY.
First video I’ve watched of yours and now a subscriber! Love how you interact with people. Super happy and not pushy I’ve seen from other people’s videos!
Kevin, read the end, please! It's startling !! I don't know if you knew this, but many, many, years ago, like in the 50's and 60's, if you saw low numbered license plates like that, the person was supposed to be pretty important, and families used to hand them down through the years. (I stopped the video to comment.). Pssst.. it's the talking that makes you miss things...😂😂😂. After I saw that others had commented on the low numbered plates, I Googled it. "In 1994, a Delaware resident paid $182,500.00 for plate number 9. YIKES 😵😱😵 !!
@@CommonwealthPicker you said at one point that you never thought one day you'd be picking in the back woods of Virginia (being from CA). I now live in a small town in Texas but am from Brooklyn NYC originally. I completely understand and agree. We go out to some really rural areas of Texas and there is such simplistic beauty (and deals). I wouldn't give that up if ya asked me, but if you'd asked me 5 years ago in Brooklyn if I'd be listening to Patsy Cline driving out in farm country, I'd tell you to go f*** yourself. 😂😂😂
Why did u move from Anaheim and how old were u if u don’t mind me asking. I live in Huntington Beach the city right next to anaheim and LOVE it and although I’m only 17 I definitely don’t see myself moving out of southern CA when I’m older
The Fishing is better back here. LOL. Just kidding. I moved to play basebally in College and never went back home. I still miss it a little but I'm happy to be in VA. Love to go back and visit. I have been to Huntington many many times. Thanks for the quesiton.
Hey Rather Be Out Fishing, I'm in orange county as well! In Westminster, neighboring Huntington Beach. I have a big orange Plano tackle/tool box and a nice (I think the brand is Rapala? I'll have to check) tackle bag that I will be glad to let go of for a good deal if it means helping another reseller make some cash. Let me know!
I love Virginia ♥️.I think I should move there. I'm not fond of snakes though. Great antiques, vintage and little stores. Georgia in back roads good too Enjoyed video!
While Russ is a known brand, Dam trolls can go for even more. I didn’t know that brand until I bought a bag of trolls at the thrift store. Ok....a bunch of bags. 😊
Depending on the prices that Star Wars Series Alpha and Bratz stuff could have been good. It was before the troll sale, so not sure what their prices were like.
I really wish you had brought that Underdog toy I'm in my sixties and I remember that cartoon from when I was a kid growing up I would have bought that from you
I know you know your video games so you must have never saw that Wii sports resort until you watched this back! It was random that he had one video game in that box and it was actually good one haha
Yep. I didn't even see it when I edited the video and it was in my hands. I even had one in my ebay store at the time. OH well. You win some you loose some. Just makes you wonder just how much we miss.

Hi Todd!
OMG I would have been in heaven with the trolls. Brings back childhood memories 😁

I recently purchased about 100 Trolls. I put most of them at the flea market for $3ea. They've sold surprisingly well.
