This was right on point and confirmed that I was on the right track. I'm an author so I naturally started creating my course outline the same way I do when starting a new book. The process is very similar; my "themes" become my book chapters. But I needed help from that point so this was right on time. I especially liked the idea of adding a milestone statement after each module.
I totally do this as well with my online courses! Love mapping it all out with the focus on the transformation in mind so it's not overwhelming for the student. I like to use sticky notes on the wall for each of the ideas when i brain dumb. Super colorful and fun rather than digital! Thanks for a great video.

Thanks, Gemma! I heard this podcast episode quite a while ago while driving and made a mental note to eventually circle back when I was ready to go through this exercise. I've had a course idea in my head for several years, but the beginning stages of creation has overwhelmed me to the point of putting it on the back burner indefinitely. Well, today I'm circling back!
