This video briefly introduces the UNI-T UT685B KIT TDR Cable Tester / Wire Tracker.
The UT685B KIT is capable of performing tests on different cable types such as twisted pair, coaxial, and POE network cables. With this kit, you can easily locate the cable, determine its length, identify the line sequence, and verify if it is POE-enabled and meets POE standards. Additionally, it includes integrated RJ11, RJ45, and coax test ports, eliminating the need for cumbersome adapters and enabling support for a wide range of low-voltage cable testing.

Good product- but when i use scan mode there is a ‚hub blink function‘ mode (pressing down arrow)- what is that hub blink function mode for?
It's tone mode, the tester can send 125KHZ digital modulation signal (10VPP), and with UT683R receiver to achieve wire tracking function.
Short press “ down arrow” in tone mode to enable the hub blink function. If the tested cable connects with the switch under working, “c O ɔ ” will flash synchronously as the indicator light of switch port flashes.
