** Pulitzer Prize awards are handed to the photographer not the camera!
So, truth be told, it's the person holding the camera is the artist creating the photo, NOT THE CAMERA.

As far as post processing your work, well if you want to get the finest image you can after the shutter clicks, you absolutely must do some post work.
If you ordered a meal at a restaurant, would you like the meal better if the chef tweaked your food to the highest pro chef level? Yes of course.
    ***Why are CCD cameras better?
CCD sensors create high-quality, low-noise images. CMOS sensors are usually more susceptible to noise. Because each photosite on a CMOS sensor has several transistors located next to it, the light sensitivity of a CMOS chip tends to be lower, as many of the photons hit the transistors instead of the photosite

**I completely understand buying on eBay is scary. However, when you are ready to buy your camera or lens on ebay, use this checklist I have created...
    1) buy from a seller in Japan.
    2) they must have 100% positive feedback.
    3) they must have at least 100 Feedbacks.
    4) the listing must say MINT OR EXC OR WORKING OR TESTED OR LIKE NEW.
    5) you must understand the camera will Not be the cheapest one on ebay.
    6) I try to Only buy cameras and lenses from Sellers in Japan

    Must Read
"Photographic art overlaps with the landscape, portraiture, and other photography types. It is defined by the artist's vision and approach to get distinct photographs. Unlike other forms of photography, fine art photography is about capturing what the artist sees instead of what the camera sees. It is just another tool for artists to produce their art."
(Quote from N.F. I. The Nashville Film Institute)
**The CCD was invented in 1969 at Bell Labs by Willard Boyle and George Smith. Since that CCD FILM LIKE SENSOR was sensitive to light it was used as image sensor for video and TV cameras. It could also be used as a memory device or analogue signal delay since it's principally a kind of analogue shift-register circuit.

I have this lens believe it or not I’ve used it on a Nikon D50 and it’s insane results. The glass don’t lie.

I also have this lens. I just love the screw on lens cap, the integrated lens hood, and the silky-smooth focusing dampening. Oh, and the glass of course. One difference mine has though is that my lens cap is all silver with NIKKOR in black letters.

I just love the old Nikkor glass. As you showed here, they can produce wonderful results even without image stabilization. Now, Luminar 4 is great software as I had version 3 and it worked great but it was hard on my computer and I couldn’t work very fast. I moved back to Darktable and have not regretted it. I have used most editors at this point and live Darktable for many reasons the most. I did live Luminar though, too bad it just bogged my computer down so much or I might atill be using it. I also liked Exposure as well as Lightroom… I am glad to see that I am not the only hold out still not firmly in the Adobe camp. Haha. Great video!!!

Beautiful crispy pics. Very sharp. You provide excellent information many young photographers may not be aware of. If they are watching; good chance they are looking for ways to inexpensively better their photography and don’t mind working with Manuel equipment.

Carmine, I’m an enthusiast who is getting back into photography after about a 10 year hiatus. I have this lens (which was “AI-ed” via a Nikon provided kit at some point in the past. After watching this video I can’t wait to try it out with my new to me Nikon D700. Really appreciate your enthusiasm and your practical advice. Thanks for the tips and sharing your photos.

Hi Carmine. I was wondering if you've seen this camera. I saw it on Amazon. Minolta MND65 56 MP Autofocus / 4K60FPS Ultra HD Camera w/WiFi. only $150.

Wait a minute...here is a comment I read. Therefore, I did not get one..
"No, that camera is pretty much a cheap cellphone sensor in a clunky big plastic housing. Avoid at all cost, the sensor in just about any main brand mobile phone made in the last couple years will be better... and mobile phone cameras are generally bad for film scanning so this 'minolta' will be many many times worse."
