Have you tried hand-knitting? It's a lot easier in my opinion, you just use your hands and fingers rather than crochet sticks, but I think it only works for making blankets. You could find some tutorials online on how to do it 😁

I tried out chrocheting when last year when I wanted to do kniting, then I found out chrochet. I thought that chrocheting was making dolls lol. So I made my first amigurumi doll. It took like 3-4 days and I realised that it looked so bad. Prob bcuz I used the wrong yarn and hook. So I stopped. After one year I wanted to crochet again but then the only hook I have broke hehe. So... my mom bought me one and bow I am chrocheting stuff. I love this occupation during my holiday. And I learbed to chrochet when I was 10 by MYSELF. So yeah I am proud. Watching this makes me happy thanks for the content.
Im a beginer and I just made my first attept after 2 weeks of teaching myself to crochet. Its not big but its smiple enough for my first attept. Its a twisted hiarband and I love it😍 but tomorrow when I get more yarn I'll do my second attept but it would be a bit bigger

Trust me you will get the hang of it sooner or later but dont quit keep practicing!make it bad it's ok so I actually made 2 projects so one was a coaster and the other was an amigurumi whale and I want to tell you a tip that really helps me so I'm still super bad at the magic circle so I use this alternative which is chain 2 skip the first ch and do however many of whatever stich Ur doing (also if Ur doing half double or double crochet chain 3 if Ur doing treble chain 4) in the second chain and you can pull onto your tail to make it tighter BOOM that doesn't mean I will never practice the magic circle I'll obviously try my best and I hope you have a wonderful day Bye! Edit: I can now do the magic circle pretty well ❤️🩹 so slay
This makes me wanna record my projects. But I always remember to record to late so I’m almost done. And then I forget to film the next project and it just continues like that :(
Maybe plan a project as "the recording project" so you dont forget. That way you can pick what you want to do and record the whole process of buying the yarn or even looking at inspo pictures too.

Oh there's this thing called tapestry graphgan. That's how you can put different designs or images like that. I'm currently working on making the lazy snoop and also a Spongebob sweater . It's easier that way. You can look up UA-cam videos on how to make your own tapestry graphgan

My tip is that you can use literally any pixelized image for tapestry crochet. If you look through cross stitch patterns (they work really well since there are so many) then you can just pretend that every square is 1 single crochet instead of 1 cross stitch. You will find so many more patterns and ideas, because cross stitching is very widely known.
