Pretty sure you SAID the wrong value (although the right value is there) at minute 40:05 - 15 for GPTUserResponse Custom Data. You SAY and point to (in the Custom Values menu): "custom_values.gpt_assistant_response_message" but what remains there in the field, and what seems to make more sense is {{contact.gpt_user_response_message}}. This POST is sending what the user said via SMS to the webhook for GPT to respond with. What you said would, if used would send the assistant response message back to GPT. I changed mine to match what is what on screen, and not what you said and pointed to, and now this is working for me!
since GPT Assistant now has a memory. Why not just do a API call from GHL? Since one of the key reasons for using Zapier was for the memory key. That GPTs now have. To then kill the cost of the zapier tasks.

Hey @quinnnolan I got to 36.23 and although I was able to find "Tags" in the earlier workflow and in the triggers but when I got to the first If/Else (then Customer Replied), I don't see Tags (or GPT User Response Last Message Source) as an option in the drop down. How can I work out where I went wrong? The drop down is showing the same options as had the "Workflow Trigger" but that doesn't offer me the Tags or GPT options. I will probably buy your bot anyway but I wanted to know that I could use it myself.

Just found another thing that I don't have at minute 42:30 where you're adding the condition "Last Appointment At." Also, my workflow builder seems to be reverted back to the old way before they changed it like it is on your video, so I'm wondering if they maybe changed/deleted certain functions in the builder maybe?

I just don't understand how I can fit what the client would be asking like mortgage calulcations, questions about the neighborhood and the house, etc. all into a single pdf document. What do you think is the most feasible way of going about creating this, or is it even possible? Can these assistants retrieve real time internet data?

After building many of these for clients, expect costs to be anywhere from $300 to $1,000 even more monthly. But the point of the bot is to generate many new deals, so the cost won’t matter in the long run.

I was stuck, but found my issue at 36:36 It was that i didn't select the "Last Source" GPT User Response. It was under a different category on the drop down.

GHL recently added the ability to automatically pull phone numbers and email addresses (but not names) from conversations, regardless of source. When you add your LC phone, if you're using SMS, it will update of course just by mere fact of customer starting a text conversation.
Hey Quinn, everything in the video works perfectly but for some reason after a couple of messages back and forth it stops sending the clients messages to chatgpt. I've checked the zapier logs and they don't exist for the messages I sent. Only until I force the client through the next step within the GPT Master can I continue with the conversation. I was hoping you would have some insight on how to tackle this problem. Thanks.

I built this entire system you showed here and once the booking bot in ghl is done going through the sequence, it NEVER books the appointment. I reached out to support and they said they are working on it. Would like to know if you have any extra info on that subject.
@@LucasPereira-zf7wf I replicated what Quinn did here. In the bot instructions I inputted “never send appointment confirmations”. I assumed he added that because most people have a separate automation that discards the lead from all other automations once that call is booked. I also tested at the end of the workflow with an extra bot step that says “can I get a yes to confirm”. It didn’t fix the issue and bot still would not book. So if you are referring to deleting that bot instruction of “never send appointment confirmations” then I will try that and see if it fixes the problem. I hope that was clear and comprehensible.

Capri AI is most definitely the better route, we have built many chatbots for GHL clients… it wasn’t until Capri where we were able to get the human like conversation.
hey Quinn, so from the outside it looks like your bot is pretty similiar to the new conversation AI feature. The conversation AI even books the appointments in your calendar for you. You can only select one calendar and no calendar groups? Can your AI bot do more, maybe connecting the AI via zapier to google calendar?
Seems like no matter how many times I follow this tutorial, I can get the initial message Hi to come through, but then when I respond my chat gpt bot only messages back "hi" and nothing else. It seems like it is not updating the correct fields/ custom values and im not sure where its going wrong.
i am confused on how this bot will essentially be universal for anyone we sign on if we train it to be a spefic way in the assistants page in of openai?

Experiencing the same issues, I am stuck at 36:10… the option for “tags” will not show up for me.
Try refreshing your page. Also verify you created the tags under settings -> tags

Found my issue hopefully it's the same as yours, I was using a custom value instead of a custom field in the body of the SMS automation.
