One of the gorgeously cute pair of younger ducklings seems to be showing the condition known as "angel wing" with its developing left wing. The condition should be reversible if treated early on with the wing being correctly bound with suitably wide elasticated tape for a relatively short period of time. On reflection, for such a small bird a 1" wide bandage might be easier for you to apply.
