    mirchi bhaaji-
    Ingredients-
    Big green chillis-7 to 8
    Spicy green chillis- 3
    Brinjals- 3
    Onions -2
    Tomato-1
    12 garlic cloves
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    Salt
    1 cup grated coconut
    Coriender
    Method- Heat oil, give tempering of hot chillis and cumin seeds.
    Put onion and sauté for a min. add chillis and brinjal. Cover with lid and cook for 5 mins. add crush garlic and turmeric powder. Add salt and tomato and cook again for 2 to 3 mins. add grated coconut and coriander. Again cook for 2 mins. once fdone serve with roti.

    Ingredients-
    Green chillis- 100 gms
    Garlic - 50 gms
    Peanuts- 2 tbsp or 100 gms
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    Salt
    Oil
    Method-
    Dry roast peanuts .heat 2 tbsp oil.put cumin seeds. put chillis and garlic. fry for 5 to 6 mins. add peanuts and salt. Mix well.
    Coarse grind. Heat 2tbsp , fry thecha for few mins . once done serve with bhakri.
    mirchipakoda-
    Ingredients-
    Green chillis- 12
    Grated coconut-1 cup
    Gram flour - ½ cup
    Rice flour- 1 tbsp
    Cumin seeds crush- 1 tsp
    Fennel seeds crush- 1 tsp
    Ajwain- 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
    Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
    Salt
    1 lemon
    Oil
    Method-
    Remove seeds from chillis
    Heat 2 tsp oil, put cumin and fennel seeds, saute. put coconut roast for few minutes.add 1 tsp turmeric and salt. Mix it. Switch off the flame and squeeze lemon.bringit to room temperature.
    For batter-
    Take rice and gram flour. mix ajwain, pour water and make a thick batter. Add 1 tsp turmeric and salt. Mix well.
    Stuff chillis ,dip in batter and deep fry on medium to high flame.once done serve with ketchup.
    chatpati masala mirchi-
    Ingredients-
    Medium spicy chillis- 20 to 25
    ½ tsp Turmric ,1 tsp red chilli,coriender,1/2 garam masala
    Salt, chaat masala and amchur powder-3/4 tsp
    5 garlic cloves, ¼ tsp cumin and musturd seeds and few curry leaves.
    Method-
    Give slit to chillis and cut into halves without removing the stem.
    Heat oil, give tempering of musturd,cumin,curry leaves and garlic.
    Add chillis and saute for few seconds. add all masalas and salt.pour few spoons water. Cover with lid and cook for 5 mins. after 5 mins, add chaat masala and amchur powder. Mix and switch off the flame. Serve with dal chawal or paratha.
