Bracelet knots used: cow hitch loop, half hitch, diamond knot button (no buckle)
Demonstration bracelet: 20cm or 8 inches
Materials used: 2 x 90 cm (36 inches) 300 cm (118 inches) 550 parachute cord. scissors, cigarette lighter.
