Me and the better half made two trips 800+ miles each on a 2006 Sportster to the Smokies and to see Wheels Through Time. Got to meet Chris on the first trip last spring and then met Matt and Andy on the second trip last fall. Wheels through Tme is a mecca for the American motorcycle enthusiast and Matt Chris and everyone there are very down to earth and easy to talk to folks. it was an amazing experience and one we will repeat in years to come.. Love what you guys do, keep it up
G'day, guys. I'm currently watching this video,in Australia, and loving it. I had the absolute pleasure of viewing David Reidies collection where he started a few bikes for us. Wow is all I can say! I've purchased my tickets for the knucklehead 🤞🤞🤞. I just wanted to thank you guys for what yous do putting these videos together. I look forward to every video!! Thanks guys!!👍 Regards Cory Jenkins 👍🇦🇺
Thats pure Love to Old Stuff and Old Bikes Sir !!! So impressed about running Motors from those Harleys on that Diarama !!! God bless You and All Around to You Sir !!! Greets from Bavaria !!!
What a great tour. I live in So Cal and wish I was there and this just made me want to make a trip out to you. Thank you for putting this out so everyone can see what you’re doing.
Happy birthday 🎂 🥳 Tracy. The planes I was told about that someone I know that is an air craft enthusiast must've had Rolls Royce engines. They started exactly how that gentleman just explained. From what I just looked at it was the Merlin by Rolls Royce. It was the engine that powered the spitfire and mustang amongst others. Broke my foot last time I went to Maggie Valley. Wasn't able to get to the museum. hadn't made it back since.
when i was 17 years old i went toa motorcycle rally at Skipton in North Yorkshire (NY). I saw a side valve Harley with a tank shift of george washington head on the change stick it was a light blue with a sidecar, on the back of the sidecar was the two exhaust either side with the top of the exhaust tubes like an open flower. It was spectacular i am now 72 this was the first harley i had sean and it has stayed with me, when i close my eyes i still see it.
Some day before health problems win, I will make it there and see the fire-breathing indian twin board track bike My favorite and my late stepdad enjoyed that video too
If I could find proper grips and a bicycle horn tank with the right (ish) look that's what my 1941 hawthorne springer would look like without changing original parts
My appologies... I asked if you were going to fire up the TT... My anti-ego got the best of me. I was actually hoping to see the Petralli CAC. I got to visit the Indi museum as a kid 35-40 years ago. Wish i could have seen that guy!! Pleasepleaseplease give us all a li'l CAC fire🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I'd like to hear about the black and yellow cycle behind the Fl Pan I'm sure I've see her before somewhere Matt I think you guys could end up being the largest motorcycle museum in the world your on the way to being that way hey !do you guys have dare I say it a Brough Superior or a Velocette just a thought.
For us riders who road more modern Harley’s their whole life’s, what do we need to know as far as maintenance on that 36? Whole new “old” world for us.. I plan to ride the wheels off the bike when I win it 😅
i hope you found a place for the picture of a cleavend motorcycle , it was owned by carl berry of alabama, also sent picture of a 1916 haynes light six tourin car , they came to my town new on freat cars my dad said it was in downtown when he joined army in 1941
If i won the bike as much as i love it it would be short lived id have to sell her so my wife could continue her fight against cancer i found her on the floor monday Nov.13 i thought i lost her but shes not ready to let go .
anything apart from Harley Davidson? is this a bike museum or a harley museum? wheels through time implies it`s about all bikes, I mean Jay leno doesn't just have farraris lol. Bikes have been around since the 1880`s HD i believe wasn`t established till 1909 , so where are the old bikes? I came here to see a variety of bikes through history from around the world, where are the Nortons, triumphs, enfields, BSA`s, indians, you should branch out a bit.
Our museum houses only American made bikes. We have a total of 34 different marques on display. As Harley has dominated the American motorcycle scene since the 1930s, they far out-number other makes here. Thanks for watching.
@@wheelsthroughtime Thankyou for the reply, I do watch and enjoy your channel, it would be nice to see you have a crack or 2 at some European or maybe Japanese bikes. But keep up the good work.
Museums are excellent things, but a man's greatest memorial are his children. Dale's legacy is on display here, and I imagine he's very proud.

You guys are about the only people keeping this history alive for the masses
One of the best videos so far. I've seen new things and heard bikes I've never seen before. Thank you again...

Yamaha made a yellow and red 50cc three wheeler in 1985 called the zinger. As usual another great video.

Incredible history. 👍
I love my '52 Pan, but you could certainly give me a Knucklehead!
I used to strap a pillow to the rear fender with a couple of bungee cords so I could give my kids rides on my '45 FL.
The clap counter explodes :-)
It would Be niceFor Matt to invite American piece of History to the Museums
JB Raider . Is a piece of Maggie Valley. .
マットさんレースでも素敵でしたがお髭がパパさんに似てきましたね~素晴らしいです
Do you ever sell any of your multiples and if so do you advise or just mention them on your video 's ?

I'd like to hear about the black and yellow cycle behind the Fl Pan I'm sure I've see her before somewhere

Couldn’t see my crappie welds.😂😂😂
Old bikes are cool no plastic crap and a mile of wiring it runs what more do you need

I've seen two people launched and one who got his leg broken kicking an old flathead... Scary stuff...
And also I would love to hear a ww2 bike run
His gift from the factory was a whiskey flask? During prohibition?
Nope, they will call you during the drawing if your ticket is drawn.
A chrome springer
Do you have to be there to win
Nope just stand by your phone and don’t cuss when you win cuz your on the loud speaker lol
Do you think you could talk if you had no arms or hands?
So you will be calling me next week.
They only have 1 Harley to give away sorry but your names second on the list
You don't have PayPal for the competition.
It would be great if you haven't.😂
My Wife wants to know if you would show the Bike that you drive from the sidecar SHE has never seen before
If i won the bike as much as i love it it would be short lived id have to sell her so my wife could continue her fight against cancer i found her on the floor monday Nov.13 i thought i lost her but shes not ready to let go .
I'm praying for you and your wife, brother
