If I remember the lore correctly Exar Kun also would alter the blades intensities mid fight. You would literally go to block only for his blade to pass through yours. He used this constant alteration to throw his opponents off in the fight, which is brilliant to use that function in that way
Yeah but that style was frowned on by both the Jedi and the Sith. The Jedi looked at it like it wasn't honorable. And the Sith looked at it like it was a cowards way too fight. So Kun was probably one of the last ones to ever master said style. Which I agree, it is a wicked sick way of dueling. Very deceptive.
@@joshuake2263 What does deception matter when your life is on the line? He fought like Musashi, utilizing every kind of tool and idea possible to maximize the chance of victory. @Sandlund93 In no way did I say I didn't think they should use it. Hell, if anything, that would be my go-to. Form 6 was also the perfered form of Revan. It really is overlooked but it stands as a testament of the forms effectiveness when 2 of the greatest Sith used it as their perfered form.
Also, Revan was not only one of the greatest Sith, but also one of the greatest Jedi. It stands as a testament to his power and skill that he was one of the best of both groups
It wasn't overlooked it was looked down upon because of how plain it was yes it made you a jack of all trades in a duel but it didn't make you particularly strong in any combat form it just meant you practice all forms as a combo
@@freddiebinthaplace2be634 ironically the whole saying goes "jack of all trades master of none is still better than a master of one". People have forgotten the second half of the saying in modern times but originally the term jack of all trades was a compliment because it meant you were more versatile than someone who had mastered a single one.
Revan is KNOWN as an average to just above average level swordsman at best dude. He’s NOT a swordmaster. He is a jack-of-all-trades force user and master tactician that utilizes the best tactic to fit any given situation. He’s a good all-around fighter and powerful force user that spams his force abilities.. He’s at least an “above average” swordsman, but he’s not a master level duelist by any means. He’s no Vader or Yoda or Tulak Hord. Not at all. And actually, neither is Exar Kun.… He has quite literally been depicted in THREE DUELS. That’s it…. He is completely overhyped with zero reasoning at all. Blatant fanboys have continuously fabricated utter nonsense about him that cannot actually be found anywhere. His dueling record is literally 2-0-1. And the ONLY one that he actually won completely by way of the blade, he literally beat a senior citizen crab that had a damn stick…. He has never actually been noted as the supposed “greatest duelist ever” by ANY actual Lucasfilm/LucasLicensing storyline or content whatsoever. None. It is solely 100% fanboy-fabricated nonsense used to hype up their own favorite character above all else.. Exar Kun fanboys are literally even more of a cult following than these die hard “Revan’s a god” fanboys are. They blatantly ignore in-universe fact and craft their own to fit their own headcanon. Period. Exar Kun is absolutely NOT “the greatest duelist in Star Wars” , not even close. It is completely unwarranted; unearned. He has basically zero dueling feats to be hailed as such…. He was stalemated completely by a Djem So specialist that is VASTLY inferior to Vader/Anakin, Darth Bane, The Hero of Tython-multiple Djem So masters that are far superior combatants to Qel-Droma… If Exar Kun had to meet somebody like Vader, Yoda, Dooku etc. blade to blade he’d get absolutely dog-walked…. The highest mention he has ever ACTUALLY been credited with by an actual Lucasfilm source/storyline is solely “the greatest duelist of his time” , not “of ALL time”…. And his era is literally known for its lack of master level duelists…. Him being “the greatest ever” is a 100% fabricated claim not backed up by a shred of evidence from any source at all. It is completely unearned, unwarranted. He isn’t even in the top 10. Nowhere in Star Wars at all actually shows he is. Nowhere other than some fanboy’s own crafted headcanon.
Finally Kun is getting respect for being one of the most powerful of any time period. I saw some idiot make a ranking video that rated Ahsoka more powerful than Exar Kun. 🤦
I would like to add that he also turns his blades on and off intermittently during a fight. This would throw opponents off as he's hard to predict a nightmare to deal with.
That's called Trakata and while it would work, there's a reason you don't see Jedi or Sith using it which other people already made videos on. Jedi saw it as dishonorable while Sith saw it as weak. But shit, if you use it against someone they're dead anyway.
Exar Kun has been one of my favorite SW characters since the mid 90s, when I first saw him in that era's Essential Guide to Characters, and his DB saber was one of my favorite elements of that. My favorite moment, of course, is spirit Kun just wrecking Corran Horn, after the snarky Jedi tried to make a case that, without a vessel to puppet, Kun obviously had no power; Horn was wrong 😁, and oy the timely arrival of Mara Jade saved him. Things like that, and also fighting his Krevaaki Master to a standstill, whike ALSO holding still the entire Senate, and being powerful enough that, even with a fleet over Yavin IV, the Jedi and troops looked at each other, said "well I'M nor going down there", and electing to simply blast the Temple of Fire from orbit, because it's the only way to be sure. Still, all that, and I still like his saber skills most. I remember when we first saw the DB saber in Phantom Menace, and I remember being irritated by the less nerdy than me Star Wars fans trying to credit Darth Maul with its invention, but I liked Kun's. I liked that it wasn't two sabers connected in the middle, but one hilt with two emitters. Since the bleeding crystal phenomenon/nonsense (you can decide) didn't exist yet, I appreciated that, unlike so many other Sith, his saber remained blue. I think it was also phase-altering, meaning he could adjust bith its length, and beam intensity, so he could make enemies overextend, and then kill them with the counter. He was capable with the Force, certainly, but I loved how focused he seemed to be on using his lightsaber, almost a reverse-Palpatine, since a fair bit of his own Force use wad a similar future-sight, but he used it to predict openings to kill enemies, where Sidious used it more to avoid conflicts altogether.
QUERY: As someone who is an Exar Kun Fan...can you explain why the Jedi seemed DETERMINED to make Exar Kun a Future Sith Lord? Like...they did VERY LITTLE from what I remember to Deter him from his Path. To say nothing of being an Anti-Alient Racist like Palpatine. Like Exar Kun, at the very least, was set up to become a Future Dark Jedi and Enemy of the Jedi, yet the Jedi were like "Yeah this isn't a problem!"
I love Exar Kun! I love the fact that his ability to capture a target's mind was so huge and that he was the only one to get the Jedi to drop everything and take him down. No one else ever achieved that again.
@@seangere9698 talk and text 🤣… but just by me knowing what form two is… Should tell you enough that I know what the fuck I’m talking about when it comes to Star Wars lol, huge Starwars nerd.
The real reason why especially later He was unbeatable was first, he used a unique lightsaber Crystal which made his blade so powerful that it cut even through Beskar, mandalorian steel and second he used nimad to easily switch between all seven forms plus he consequently turn his lightsaber off and on to break through his opponent's defense and do surprise attacks. You really can say that with all that, He was the most powerful duellist in whole Star wars history and not even matched by anyone

Exar was deemed the most potential force wise, but Equal in literally everything else. If Qel-Droma didn't slaughter Cay, his brother, in a blind rage, Exar Kun would of advance the Sith Dream a thousand years earlier than Bane came up with it Everyone goes on about Exar, forgetting it was Ulic who was his equal, and Ulic who brought the Mandalorians under Kuns control. Ulic was so skilled, he trained a Jedi to master status after his force ability was stripped from him and could still weild a lightsaber without Force ability, and very well. People also forget Lucas based Anakin off Ulic, as the Comics came out before the Prequel, and Lucas wanted to put his ghost on Rhen Var, where Anakin spoke and heard his story, as Ulic saw himself in Anakin and wanted to warn him. Qel-Droma died with zero force ability, and became a force ghost. Lucas saw him as the Original Chosen one.
This pretty much answers the last question I had about Exar Kun, what was his lightsaber form? But as I suspected, as a former Jedi who, like Anakin, wanted more he took Niman, learned all the essentials then took them to their most extreme limit.
I’ve noticed that you are covering more about lightsaber forms and how they are useful. Very well done, as this is a very interesting topic. Each form is different, and good for different reasons. Also when it comes to Kun’s unique lightsaber handle for two blades, 9:37 I believe he had perfect reasoning and logic behind this.
Yes he was great! He used Form 6 (Niman) to his advantage. Form 6. That everyone else said was the weakest form. And conquered like a BOSS! They need to put this in canon.
I thin Form 6 is what you put into it. You get the basics of the other forms, then if you put in more practice and effort, you could explore those basics in a much deeper level and understanding. I have been a fan of the odds;1, 3 and 5, along with the first three (Form 1, Form 2, and form 3) but Form 6 gives you the basics of all the other forms.

The only thing crazier than all that, is how the Jedi had EVERY Warning Sign that Exar Kun would be Future Jedi Enemy as either a Dark Jedi OR Sith. Like Exar being a Racist who believed in Human Superiority like Palpatine.
Exar Kun would probably be considered the most powerful Sith Lord if he were not less well-known than the ones from the video games. The Jedi Order was very powerful during his time. They were allied with the Republic, but not subject to its politics as later generations of Jedi would be. The Jedi of his time often had multiple apprentices (who were often adults) and readily taught them advanced skills like Battle Meditation that would be largely restricted only to trusted Masters in the later Order. They were based on Ossus, rather than Corsucant, giving them independence from Senate politicking. Yet Exar Kun very nearly brought down both the Jedi Order and the Republic. Indeed, had the Jedi arrived at Yavin IV just a few minutes later than they did he might have completed his great ritual and ascended to become a free-roaming Dark Side spirit of unthinkable power.
True also the the source stated that the ritual exar kun performed without much preparation similar to the Nathema ritual was going to make him "all powerful" free to cross around the cosmo which mean he would be able to live without a body without losing power like he lost when over 2000 jedis performed the wall of light on yavin4
He was extremely powerful but there were still four darksiders who surpassed him: Darth Sidious, Valkorian, Darth Plaguesis (Sidious who has been called the most powerful Sith ever was afraid to fight him and waited until he had gotten drunk and fell asleep before trying to kill him - this is arguably the most cowardly kill by a Sith Lord apprentice for the role of master), and Mother Talzin (who was taught by Sidious, and even went to a standstill against Sidious).
@@jaredbanister6880 exar kun is leap and bounce far more powerful than plagueis and mother of Tarzin, the only sith lord more powerful than kun is emperor papaltine reborn, plagueis even questioned himself if he was as powerful as exar kun, the quote of plagueis being the most powerful sith only applies to the banites era, there were many sith abilities and lightsaber skills that plagueis couldn't do that exar kun mastered.
@@alsimmonshellspawn6021 Sidious is undoubtedly the best Sith/darksider to exist and I'm glad to see you agree with me there. However, you do ignore certain things in your judgement of other characters. Sidious was already the most powerful Sith ever by the time of ROTS, as it is even said that by that time he was the best Sith duelistvl ever and we also we see him fight to a stand still against Yoda who the Jedi considered their best member of the order ever, he also took on Mace who is the second best Jedi ever. Valkorian is definently the second best and he also takes his position unquestionably. The third position is more questionable but would likely go to Darth Plaguesis based on the fact that Sidious feared facing him in open combat and waited until Plaguesis was drunk and had fallen asleep before making his first move of attack against him. The Fourth position goes to Mother Talzin because she was easily the most impressive Nightsister ever (which actually isn't saying to much) and she also had been given darkside knowledge from Darth Sidious on top of that. Sidious felt her existence warranted his, Dooku's, and Grievous combined attention and considered Maul (her literal son) an side thought. It took the COMBINED lightning power of Sidious and Dooku to hold Talzin down so that Grievous could kill her, this is a feat of strength that even Yoda and Mace don't surpass in their fight with Sidious. This event took place in the time period before the attack on Mandalore led by Ahsoka so this was Sidious just as powerful as when he faced Yoda and Mace but also with backup on top of that. Neat twice Talzin nearly killed Dooku with ease and also fought Mace Windu to a stand still in season six which Sidious failed to do against Mace. Besides the battle of Coruscant we do not see ant event where Sidious, Dooku, and Grievous had to all be involved in the same event, that's how dangerous Sidious considered Mother Talzins continued existence to be. Fifth would be Exar Kun based off the fact that it's the one era that has many other jedi slightly below the power level of Yoda and Mace, and many of those Jedi lost to Exar Kun, an extremely impressive feat which puts him in the top five.
They should make Kotor 3 about the exar Khun war. The whole raven plot kicks off with exar Khun. It takes place a few decades before the original Kotor. It can be a prequel to kotor.
There really is no equal to Exar Kun's lightsaber skills. He not only had amazing natural ability as u stated, but he also practiced extremely hard. I don't take any top lightsaber duelist list seriously that doesn't put Exar Kun as #1. Now #2 - 10 is up for debate. But not who's #1. That spots taken.
It’s ironic how so many of the best lightsaber duelists use the form that is looked down upon the most, like Exar Kun, Plagueis, Sidious, Revan, Cin Drallig, Starkiller used it a bit
The key is to be Unpredictable, and to disrupt, as Suntzu says, the enemy’s Heart-and-Mind harmony. The more psychologically dislocated, the less he can resist you.
Niman for the traditional way or conventional way is often done with one lightsaber with both hands(given the previous forms)yet all there can be double weapons of their choice and defeat them, a different tool does make the difference. The staff is generally really great against katana like weapon then tagging with the other, splatting the enemy with honey and yogurt.
All the attacks of Mr. Kun are powerful, yet what about his movements, his footwork, is his movements like flanking his opponent similar to kendo, then sway away in a diagonal direction from his opponent? Was his swinging motion tight swings and rotatons like Djem so. Does he be in your face type of duelist, or move back and forth like a hopping crab? Maybe with his double bladed weapon, his movements with his foot is evading while blocking a strike with his backside of his lightsaber moving left right, his strikes comes simple slashes in the mind, making his Djem so transitions fluid and blocks automatically turn into Soresu, or slapping/redirecting the attack?
Unlike Maul's double blade and handled sabre Kun's could only be used for tricks and not for real power. This doesn't really take from it's proficiency. I can only imagine that he used his blade to absolute proficiency. Kun was probably more dangerous with his short hilt and double blade. P.s I believe Exur was one of the greatest duelist in any era.
@@ivanmartic3243 The problem is that we never saw Tulak a fighting, even thoug Kreia says that he was a beast, how come sword fighting deteriote ? Tulak may have been a beast in his time but in my opinion he wouldnt stand a chance against later generations of Jedi and Sith
@@ivanmartic3243 TUlak was NOT the Best of Any Era. The guy was the Creator of Form 2. The ONLY Form in that Era DESIGNED for Lightsaber Combat. That meant that he was good, because LITERALLY EVERYBODY was playing Catch Up. Tulak would have been EASILY defeated by Exar Kun, due to the fact that Exar Kun had studied Tulak's Style and KNEW how to counter it. UNLIKE most/all of the Jedi & Sith of his Era. In fact Tulak ONLY revealed Form 2 AFTER he had Mastered it. So you would FIRST have to learn a Brand New Lightsaber Style and then fight the guy who LITERALLY invented it. He NEVER fought against a Master of Form 2, much less any OTHER Form. Knowing the weakness of Form 2, Obi-Wan would have easily defeated him with his Defensive Form 3. The Novelty of Form 3, combined with Obi-Wan using Defense & Stamina to wear out Tulak, would have let him easily win a duel against Tulak. Meanwhile Exar Kun DID fight against Masters of ALL forms. This includes knowing & exploiting the Weakness of Form 2 w/ Tulak. In fact it's Plausible that Dooku in his Prime could have defeated Tulak, due to being a Gifted Duelist in Form 2 and a Master. Something that could tip the scales and surprise Tulak, since he wouldn't be used to a Fair Fight.
In another video about lightsabers, it's mentioned that the difference between Darth Maul's saber staff and Exar Kun's double bladed lightsaber is that the longer one is controlled by the whole arm while the shorter is controlled by the wrist of one hand. I'm guessing this means that Exar Kun's lightsaber can strike faster, and obviously it has less chances of being targeted in mid dual, but Maul's has more leverage behind the hilt.
I would love to see some videos on people who believed in the empire and that is was better for people. Characters like Kir Kanos or the leader of the SCAR squadron
One thing about form 6 a lot of people over look is a true form 6 master can customize it to fight there personal style, meaning revan, exar kun, and darth plagueis all form 6 masters. Would all be fighting differently, revans from 6 is just that his form 6, exar kuns from 6 is exar kuns form 6, so on and so on, take the other forms, 2 form 3 masters are going to fight very similar to each other and same for most other forms, form 6 however can be greatly be tuned to the specific wielder, a true form 6 master can nearly be unstoppable
Ashoka took the keys that Barris left before her cell simply because she knows how lawless Anakin was. Instead of actually thinking about Anakins turn and Sidious plan that Maul told her she acted as hostile to her opponents as Anakin, she first draw her lightsabers despite the fact that thats not how Jedi should act.She adopted his strengths and flaws. But dont forget, had she not took the keys, she may have not been accused of murder, meaning that she wouldnt have left the order maybe, meaning that she would have been with Anakin and it wouldnt have pushed Anakin further to the dark side.
Obi Wan eventhoug Anakin fell, dont forget that Anakin choosed to disobey Obi Wan just as Luke did.But after ESB Luke took Bens and Yodas advices about patience and discipline more seriously, only because of the fact that he took his training serious was he able to resist the dark side not killing Vader.Luke didnt stop because he was Anakins son,he only stopped because he remembered his training on Dagobah and Obi Wan 's quotes.Had Anakin listedned to what Obi Wan said about Jedi try to preserve life not take it, be mindful of your feelings. He wouldnt have given into his fear of loosing Padmé.
I remember Lucas stating that Luke’s full potential as Grandmaster was the most and greatest Force user by far yet, Sideous was the next… it appears that as a whole, the Sith would be like 80% of the top 50. Aside of plot armor, how did the Jedi defeat the Sith?
That fight between Baris and Anakin is a fundamental reason why I literally can never be a clone wars fan. Baris too small to kick Anakin like that, then when they drop down everyone is just watching them literally inches away from clashing lightsabers like it’s middle school fight; like dude a bunch of padawans would’ve been scared to see that and at least gave them space 🤦🏽, and when Anakin grabs Baris’ wrist and she drops her lightsaber that is a direct rip off of the ORIGINAL clone wars series by Genndy and Cartoon Network when Anakin kills Asajj Ventress. Filoni is a jabroni
He wasnt the inventor of the double bladed lightsaber, if memory serves me correctly he gained knowledge of it from a sith Holocron, if so then a double bladed lightsaber would have already existed long before he got his hands on the schematics to make one, he may be the first known user of one and perfected it even but he wasnt the creator if the knowledge of it existed before him
That could be for sure, maybe he ment the first recorded user of the double blade? Or the first who used a double blade with a 1 hand sized handle? It’s an interesting observation for sure.
So I have created my own fan version of form 6 that instead of being equal in all aspects it allowed the user to choose what strengths they wanted from the other forms. This meant that the style of fighting could completely change from combat to combat while the basic movements stayed the same. A master of the form would be able to rapidly change the strength, speed, defense, and offense of the form in an instant mid combat.
Mace Windu wasn't defeated. He was caught off guard. So I would call it a tire Exar Kun and Mace Windu. Or is it? You say he uses his rage right. So that means Windu can turn that against him.
Exar Kun is not even in Top 10 and Windu is the Best Ever IMO because of the lore behind his form (vaapad) combine it with with his rare force ability 'Shatterpoint', Windu might be unbeatable....He basically mentioned 1 reason and that reason is almost insignificant...Kun's Master who he solely base his reason is relatively unknown in the history lightsaber combat...His master maybe the best in his era but no one ever said that he is the best ever even during his time.... In all of Star Wars lore, only one is branded as the BEST EVER, that honor goes to Lord Kas'im, Darth Bane's master who also branded Kas'im that honor....If the Sithari says it, it might as well be true and Darth Bane is known to be obsessed with history...However I think Dooku, Palpatine, Yoda and Windu all have surpassed Kas'im....
@@andy2200 ....I think the prequel era is the Golden age of Lightsaber Combat..Darth Plagueis and Sidious mastered all 7 forms...Luke Skywalker is said be the most powerful Jedi ever, second is Yoda who was beaten by Sidious...Count Dooku was said to be the greatest duelist during that era and Annakin beats him.... Windu is the only one who have mastered Vaapad, a variation of form 7 Juyo... Vaapad enables the user to let the dark-side flow into him, the more his opponent taps into the darkside the more power it gives the Vaapad user... Windu and Jedi Master Sora Bulq created it but Bulq was devoured by the dark side trying to master it... According to Revenge of the Sith "Novelization", ShatterPoint ability enables Windu to see the weakness of a person, buildings, structures, even the weakness of any a situation... That is why Vaapad + ShatterPoint makes Windu unbeatable IMO.. Revenge of the Sith "Novelization" is 10 times better than the movies But Darth Bane trilogy is BY FAR the best Star Wars material...

When Disney buys it ,they dump all other stories that was not written by George Lucas...The Luke that I mentioned was not written by George....So it was dumped and considered as Luke Legend Luke Legend was able to use the Force to seize a black hole and had it suck itself into its own void while Luke Disney looks like just above average joe....Also, the Windu that can use shatterpoint and vaapad is also considered as Legends now...Revenge of the Sith Novelization follows the same story of its movie counterpart but it is not written by George so Disney Dumps it too....In the Novel, when Palpatine and Windu duels, they where like blurs because of their superhuman speed.... To answer your question...Luke Legend will win against Windu Legend cause Luke don't use the Darkside so the Vapaad advantage is nullified...Can't say for sure though coz shatterpoint ability is very useful...In the Novel, Windu shouldn't have been caught off guard by Annakin's betrayel because Windu already foresaw that the weakpoint of the jedi and the republic is Annakin + Palpatine.. Revenge of the Sith Novel and other excellent star wars Audiobook are uploaded in YT years ago but is was deleted...I have listened to them more than 5 times cause they were so good unlike everything that Disney ever created...All Star Wars audiobook that remains in UA-cam are garbage except Darth Bane trilogy but the first half of book1 had been deleted.....

most of jedi which died on geonosis arena were... form vi, niman, users. the why seems quite easy to understand. About Sidious is incorrect in canon that he relied on form 6. Most canon sources point in the same directions, it was never told what was the one he disliked less, although mastering all and used them in mixed ways (For example, Yoda mastered maybe all of almost, but had preference for ataru).Lighsaber combat was actually something he learned and practice hardly but which he depised, rather using force lightning or other dark sided force powers. He also used mixed forms, including form vii fuyo - of course, against maul and savage opress, the zabrakian brothers, with dual blades (also mastered jar'kai style) killing opress in the process and sparing maul for it's own pleasure of seeing him in suffer and pain. it's the first time, at least in canon, I hear someone stating Darth Sidious prefered niman, as I never seen anyone (not even Lucas) disclosing his prefered or less hated form.
Correction Mace Windu took 215 Jedi to Genosis around 186 died meaning 86% died. Included in the 86% were all the practitioners of form VI. I thought Neuman was weak but 86% dying was a crazy blunder that doesn’t show the weakness of Niman

So Kun was probably one of the last ones to ever master said style. Which I agree, it is a wicked sick way of dueling. Very deceptive.

@@alsimmonshellspawn6021
I'm a normie, and would never insult fans nor myself with such bald lie.

Everyone goes on about Exar, forgetting it was Ulic who was his equal, and Ulic who brought the Mandalorians under Kuns control.
I would like you to talk about Reven's lightsaber technique.👍 Edit: Great video.
Finally, the Best Sith gets a bit more of his due. Exar Kun.
What about tulak hord I thought he was basically the best duelist in Star Wars they literally had to trick and gang up on him to kill him
Ya but in his time only two styles existed. So he mastered them both but has no exposure to anything from form 3 or later.
Exar kun learned techniques from tulak hord and the jedi exiles
I think vader is the best
Vader wow he’s nothing compared to exact kun or sidious.
Tulak Hord never won against Ajunta Paul.
Love this video, and the lote behind it. I wonder what would happen if Kun would fight Darth Vader
Exar Kun's origin story reminds me of Dooku's origin story in Legends. A great Jedi who hated the Sith so much the hatred turned him to the Dark Side.
I also thought that vodo siosk bass beat him using just his walking stick. The first time, when he was still a jedi.

The only thing crazier than all that, is how the Jedi had EVERY Warning Sign that Exar Kun would be Future Jedi Enemy as either a Dark Jedi OR Sith. Like Exar being a Racist who believed in Human Superiority like Palpatine.
@@TheAyanamiRei the masters had hope he did come back to the light but exar kun was too power lust
He existed long enough to give Luke's order shit
Like man is dedicated

Tulak Hord:Finally a worthy challenge
It’s ironic how so many of the best lightsaber duelists use the form that is looked down upon the most, like Exar Kun, Plagueis, Sidious, Revan, Cin Drallig, Starkiller used it a bit
The key is to be Unpredictable, and to disrupt, as Suntzu says, the enemy’s Heart-and-Mind harmony. The more psychologically dislocated, the less he can resist you.
Sometimes The Force just has it's favorites

@thestupendouswave . Exar used a single hilt double bladed lightsaber . Maul used a double hilt, double bladed saber, and plagueis used a saber staff.
I think a really good video would be an analysis on who was the better master to their padawan, Anakin or Obi Wan. I think it is pretty debatable.

That fight between Baris and Anakin is a fundamental reason why I literally can never be a clone wars fan. Star killer is technically related to exar Kun maybe that's why he's so badass
Exar Kun is my fav saber wielder just ahead of count dooku. True powerhouse of the saber.
Exar kun was the miyamoto musashi of the sith
Have any sith war blades been purified by a light side user in a similar way to how ahsoka did in rebels?

Luke vs. Windu. Who do you think would win?
@@andy2200 First of all, Let me clarify, When I said Luke Skywalker is considered the strongest EVER, I was talking about Luke Legends not Luke Cannon...Before Disney buys Star Wars, all source materials are considered Canonical.. When Disney buys it ,they dump all other stories that was not written by George Lucas...The Luke that I mentioned was not written by George....So it was dumped and considered as Luke Legend
Luke Legend was able to use the Force to seize a black hole and had it suck itself into its own void while Luke Disney looks like just above average joe....Also, the Windu that can use shatterpoint and vaapad is also considered as Legends now...Revenge of the Sith Novelization follows the same story of its movie counterpart but it is not written by George so Disney Dumps it too....In the Novel, when Palpatine and Windu duels, they where like blurs because of their superhuman speed....

Just in my scenario anakin jumped way higher then in the original movie and then he has the high ground or he busts out dark force lighting...since there is 2 types i think dark and light just need to be used as adjectives instead of electric judgement and just force lightning ...should be dark force and light force judgement or lightning...and kills obi won! I am not sure on the spelling brain fart! But you guys have an awesome channel! And you artwork and music along with the narration is top notch! Please keep up the great work! There are a million of us at least that feel this way ! It looks like 1.5 million so LETS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Siddious?
Accomplished?
My GOD, he's by far the most unaccomplished ever.
Stupendous, please stop the Disneyfication.
It is faulty in so many ways, and contradicting the earlier established Lore, that it is THE insult ever to George Lucas.
My master
At first I understood he stunned them with a Fart instead of a thought XD
Would love to see starkiller vs xr kun
How about a list of the Worst Force Powers, and how they could be improved to be more useful?
Do a Star Wars version of Assassins Creed, single player, open world game with Exar Kun. Yearly and later years, full story
Exar Kun vs Tulak Hord would be very interesting
Kun is superior
most of jedi which died on geonosis arena were... form vi, niman, users. the why seems quite easy to understand.
Exar vs Anakin would be nuts
One thing I realized is that Maul once used a lightsaber close in hilt length.
Why does everyone seem to forget about arguably the most powerful, cunning, and ruthless immortal sith emperor Vitiate/Valkorian?
This dude this legit had billions of other spirits in him and that came through him when he spoke. The man managed to learn an ability that is usually just a very rare talent called force drain.
Exar kun was more powerful than valkorion
Would love to see how Exar Kun's lightsaber skills measure up to more modern Jedi
He easily defeated luke Skywalker
Like to see him go up against starkiller
?
Exar Kun was wise enough to have never been in a "fair" duel. Being in a fair fight is a lack of planning and preparation.
While the other sith went to drink and party
*HE STUDIED THE BLADE*
He only uses lightsabers from the planet Nihon who's kyber crystals a billion times
Exar-kun....Exar-chan..
you forgot their other sibling, Exar-San
if i would be a lightsaber weilder id choose to be a combonation of things
star killer /exar kun/ darthvader/darth maul/ revan/ sidious double bladed saber style and so on
Not to mention that Darth Revan was also a master of Ni-Man.
please do a video on Sideous style?
What is that footage from that crazy 4 way duel from?
Didn’t you do a few videos on him already? Maybe do another video on Darth Krayt. I want to know more on him. 😁
When you name the great Sith you cannot leave out Vader. You didn't name him. No one killed more Jedi...period. he owns that.
God I would love a comic or something with legends luke (not disney) vs exar kun!
I wanted to ask for some clarification or pointing out of some details for the following question: What are the differences between an Iridonian from the Old Republic era, my only known reference to me being Bao-Dur from Knights of the Old Republic 2, and the Clone Wars era Zabrak/Nightbrothers of Dathomir. Are Iridonians naturally of the light or dark side, or neutral? Did their race BECOME the Zabrak/Nightbrothers?
I'd want to learn from him...
Make a video about satele shan
Thanks
I’m curious who would win, Tulak Horde or Exar Kun. Both of which never lost a duel
Exar Kun vs Tulak Hoard
Revan also was a Niman master
Edit: to have ever existed, not to have ever exist.
Tulak Hord vs Exar Kuhn lightsaber duel only who would win?
A fully powered exar kun would be universal+ he died very young and never archive his true potential the source say he was going to become all powerful if it wasn't for the jedi interruption he also got a power boost from marka ragnos that's bestowed by all sith lords that get baptized, kun also devastated the surface of musterfar and the author tom veich confirmed that exar kun is similar to emperor papaltine reborn not as powerful but very close both exar kun and papaltine reborn are described by luke Skywalker in his prime as the biggest focal point AKA force nexus of the dark side he ever seem, the source escalate that if the jedi didn't stop exar kun in time he would have become too powerful, the source say the the ritual exar kun performed would had made him all powerful if it weren't for the jedi interruption. exar kun mastered all sith magic archemy and many rituals, he mastered all 7 lightsaber form and mastered skills from ancient times create by tulak hord and the jedi exile, exar kun possessed the dark holocrom which had the acknowledged of over 10,000 years of sith magic archemy rituals lightsaber skills, the source stated that exar kun was the galaxy greatest threat 4000 years before the birth of luke Skywalker, Leia also say exar kun weakened spirit was more powerful than a prime luke Skywalker. Tom veich confirmed that exar kun is similar to emperor papaltine reborn in raw force power potential acknowledge and skills in the force. Tom veich confirmed on his Twitter that exar kun is similar to emperor papaltine reborn in raw force power potential acknowledge and skills
Exar Kun and Tulak Hord were probably very close in duelist ability.
Kas'im might have given him a run for his money in a duel
I believe Exar Kun was the most powerful force user ever (maybe except for Vitiate because he is just hax). I would love to see a story around the Exar Kun war. It must have been a fascinating time where the jedi order was maybe at its strongers. With incredible jedi heroes who were bested or turned by kun.
Exar kun had estaments of " exar kun the most powerful and dangerous sith lord near 4000 years before the birth of luke Skywalker" also tom veich confirmed that alive exar kun was more powerful than his spirit version which easily defeated a luke Skywalker who was 4 times more powerful than vader
I am a huge fan of your channel, what I don’t understand is how you miss pronounce almost every Lightsaber form. Nye-man? No, it's Nee-mahn
