Press the emote repeatedly and the rod-like stick will move while it is inside at the center of the portrait (featuring old Brookhaven map with the old mountain or the arch near Burger Barn (now Mall). Then go to the portrait of the wedding of Mr and Mrs Brookhaven and do the same thing. Or you could go do it at two portraits with u-turning or going front then front at each portrait. You will hear a high-pitched sound and a rectangle/square that shows you the arch near Burger Barn (now Mall). Then go to Mr Brookhaven’s abandoned House and you will see a glowing energy solar chair with Mr Brookhaven’s abandoned house glowing (sometimes).
