Latias is superior generally but if we're including shinies, Latios takes the cake. Shiny Latias is cool but man the mint green is just gorgeous on Latios. Shiny Latios > Latias > Shiny Latias > Latios

Yes in Ruby and sapphire you do. Soft resets don’t work on emerald due to its bad rng code. So for emerald you do runaways
