Lesotho not only needs employment opportunities (which PRESENTLY do not exist) but encouragement and Youth development initiatives which are inexpensive to initiate. Only TIME and LOVE is required for that and Lesotho has superb people to install Youth development programs from within. A mine takes some years (average 5-7) to prospect, assess and develop - ASSUMING A PROJECT IS FINANCIALLY VIABLE. Youth need to be guided NOW before they are drawn to the spiral of increasing crime and despondency.
