I'm glad someone asked this question, because I want to be clear about my experience. JCR Offroad offers some of the best quality and aesthetically pleasing products out there. Not only did the quality of the "prebuilt" components I purchased (in my case, the unibody tie-ins, steering box spacer and nut-strips) impress me, but I feel like they have some of, if not, the best looking products available for XJs. My biggest "gripe" is price point. If $ isn't a concern, you can't go wrong with JCR, in my opinion. But for the majority of us, who cringe at the "jeep tax", I think it's important for people to understand that there are parts/mods of equal quality from other venders, that could be nearly a third of the price. These DIY kits are an "affordable" alternative for someone willing to do the work, but they are not perfect. I will get into some of the details of my experience in the next video. But, to answer your original question: I would look for more affordable options before purchasing any other products from JCR Offroad, unless the JCR product was unique or of significantly (obvious) better quality/design. I hope that answers your question. Thanks for the comment!!!
Great video! I’m subbed and looking forward to more. Bumpers are one of the next projects on my list.
I appreciate it. I'm still working on editing the tire carrier footage but it shouldn't be too long before it's done. Thanks for the comment!!!
After doing this would you use JCR for any other mods
