if anyone is trying to use fixed [order date] : min(order date) u will get wrong values.
u need to use exclude[order date] : min(order date)
for the last question .
why should we add date add if we are using current tableau version .pls explain how to do if we are using current tableau version

This is showing syntax error- (may be you are missing an operator)
Why can't we use the min or max order date function instead of the order date=min orderdate
aggregation issue
For Scenario 2, how to make it for TOP N using a parameter?
You can find the top five using the index and rank function as well. Later you need to make the rank or index number dynamic using a parameter.
There is an error in the first scenario when calculating the First date it shows that cannot mix aggregate and non aggregate functions
Enclose the Min (Order date) with { }.
{Fixed year(order date) : min(order date)} it will give me first order date of entire data set & for lastest just do max(order date)
The Fix lod calc wont be affected by dimension filter and the other calc will
