Kasi Halwa is a Popular Halwa in TamilNadu(INDIA) made using White Pumpkin that is Ash Gourd. It's a Glossy texture with ghee and very colourful (Food Colour we used). It is very easy to prepare and tasty to eat (YUMMY)
