I have so much respect for the fact that you guys have put in place a system that allowed Doug to opt out of the shows in accordance to his own needs and feelings. I know it should be the bare minimum, but unfortunately, a lot of zoos don't put those practices in place, so it's heartwarming to know that these animals are in the hands of people that truly care for and respect them.

I am so glad to see that Doug is landing on the grass. Even the water is a softer landing than the pad. If I take my dog for a ride in the car and I'm parked on blacktop, during the summer I always carry my dog to concrete. Otherwise she could burn her paws on blacktop❤
