Forgiving my wife during separation even was the best thing I did for own inner peace about things. I let go of the anger but i still had so many emotions to get through about the loss of what i thought was my life. I 100% did it just for me, and had nothing to do with me approving of what she did.
Yea, this works for someone who's ex is not actually a beast of Satan. Mine is a beast of Satan. She did every single heinous thing a woman can do to a man, and never expressed a moment of regret. Then she reveled in my pain. She still is. So while some people might not be actual beasts of Satan, don't dismiss the possibility that such beasts are out there.
What a cruel life. A psychopath can lie and cheat and destroy your whole world and the only recourse is to smile and move on? This is why this life is a cruel joke.
Divorce grief for men is very difficult with lack of emotional support men get plus they don't get empathy and lack of respect unfortunately. Little amazed how you get into the neuroscience and psychology part which i get into as a guy. Also there is survival psychology with having something in your mind with the will to live and keep you living. Various types of therapy and even have laughter yoga seeing laughing is extremely good for stress guys and fails to get noticed and be funny klutz about this seeing things are usually taken serious guys. Most intelligent animals are playful so have flip it as being an intelligent animal and play around with what works for you and think outside the box with a little imagination that helps. Being an adult are just rules guys.
Fascinating take on all this..For me.., I HATE her, with all my heart, but I don't let it rule me in any way so what's there to forgive? We have 3 lil miracles so we will FOREVER be tied together,.. so all hatred aside, I'm guess I'm jus stuck in the pain, and I'm trying to make my peace with that.
