If you said that you could not speak out then we would have to believe that you were Elvis Presley and Dana White was the colonel and that you're in a very restrictive contract and had no personal agency over yourself. That's messed up if it's true, but we know it's not. You could have walked off at any time. You just wanted to try to have your cake and eat it too. Defeat everybody and hope for the best that no brain injury symptoms would come to you that you were some supernatural being who with a little bit of training would be untouchable no no one's untouchable

Who do you think had more concussions/head trauma in their life? Ronda or Holly? I'm gonna go with the 19-time boxing champion over the judoka. The difference is that the boxing champion respects her opponents in victory and defeat and Ronda doesn't - that is why she has the haters she does. People would react a lot differently if she didn't boast about being the greatest and make excuses instead of giving Holly and Amanda their dues. Also - just FYI - those "concussion symptoms" she is talking about? It's called getting punched in the face. It happens to everyone.

So......these concussions ONLY had an effect when you lost? My respect for her just vanished. The truth is that she finally faced some real fighters and realized that she wasn't as great of a fighter as she was claiming to be. If she would have been honest about that, my respect for her would have grown. Anyone who believes that bullshit excuse, needs psychiatric evaluation.

In her book, she explains how she trained to cover for her concussion symptoms. She talks about how it affected her in prior fights. Her book is pretty good.

Harsh reality crushed her inflated ego. Now, she's blaming the media. She's completely dedicated in avoiding responsibility. She got beaten to a pulp by 2 fighters that were true fighters and she wasn't in their league. She knows that, but she refuses to be honest with us and most importantly, herself.

One thing I respect about Rhonda she is real on todays time everyone trying to say the right thing scared of cancel culture dont want to say or telk the truth. Even ronda's own judo coach in the olympics commented on her nasty attitude and her having a quitting mentality which held her back even in judo.
For me she was fine as a performer in WWE, but they were 2 big problems:
1) WWE’s terrible booking of her character and storylines, especially in her second run.
2) Her obsession of always winning, wich made her freak out when she lost, even if it was scripted.
Only time will say if she is gone for good or if she returns. You definitely cannot say “never” when it is about WWE. Just look at CM Punk.
The only thing that was bad about her booking is she was pushed super hard when no one really wanted to see her. Her character tried to act nice and humble when the world knows she's anything but. That being said the booking couldn't do anything for her horrible acting skills. She wasn't awful in the ring, but it's prowrestling and quite frankly that means very little.

All this seems concocted after the fact. I think she's trying so hard to make excuses for her losses because she can't accept that she lost to better fighters on the night. Most fight fans aren't going to care that you lost, however they will care how you lose and Ronda is just a poor loser. No one is saying you have to be happy about losing, just show the respect that has been earned by your opponents. I don't buy her concussion excuse one bit, Liddel, Overeem and Fedor now that's what happens when you sustain multiple concussions, you just get touched on the chin and you go to sleep. Ronda actually had a good chin and took shots that would have put many other women to sleep. She wanted so badly to retire undefeated and when that wasn't possible, she couldn't and still can't cope with it, so these weird and weak excuses keep coming out.
She retired because because she had no boxing skills and the only thing she was really good at was judo .also she talked too much shit. And back fired on her. She's going too makes excuses why she left. 😅
