I get a kick about all the snowbirds bragging about waterfront property they bought in rainy season. In dry season they can walk across their canal. But its a good time to clean out the shopping carts and tires and maybe a dead body or two
fresh water seawalls generally are between $13,500 to $15,000 if no issues for a standard size lot (with no issues).. If it is a saltwater it really depends minimum start is $15,000+

Generally between 15-25k does it. On location and if you have a saltwater or freshwater canal.

Do you need a sea wall in order to build a dock on a saltwater lot? Even if you don’t plan on building a house quite yet.
