Hey Nick, just a heads up, the stock suspension on the copo is better than the others 🙂
Yes this rally suspension especially on drag cars is dumb just use race suspension the wheelie drag cars for the most part end up slower then a race suspension build of the same car
@@lucasschmitz4588 rally suspension helps weight transfer to rear wheels, increasing traction, which is why it's faster
@@SWR_Quackula the factory suspension on the car is using the real 4 link physics. Do a burnout with the car and watch what the rear end does. Got the car running 6.90s rwd on stock suspension.

Just to say…You’re not really doing “launch control”. There’s an actual way to do launch control and lock your RPM at a certain level that you choose and it will also change boost levels too.
Its a hidden secret on controller
Can you say how do I do it?
@@federicodesiderio9172 use clutch and brake hold till stable then blip the brake to increase rpm or something like that. Play with it and you'll get it figured out. No time to do it for a race though unless there is a new way of doing it. The way I know is only good for online free roam drag

I was messing with it a bit last night and if you fully soften the suspension and make it as fast as possible it makes it super buggy on the magnet tracks and it's hilarious
I appreciate the detail of the black smoke (burning plastic) when you're drifting on the hot wheels track

With the hot wheels expansion including the COPO Camaro I would almost hope they bring cars like the Cobra Jet, and the Dodge Drag Car to make a kind of rivalry between the three
I will never get over how nick doesn’t round up when taking drag times, like you can’t call a 7.39 a 7.3 there’s a big difference.

that's the difference between bias-plies and radials for drag tires Nick. that COPO comes with proper radials for better handling

I mean I didn’t really like FH3 Hot Wheels but I’ll play this one just to get some more cars. I never finished the HW or Lego expansions either, I really wish the first expansion was a full new map not a bunch of ramps
I'm disappointed that the wheelie bar didn't do anything.
The Forza 1-10 ranking don't mean much. If you look at the lateral g and braking distance in the other window you will notice that those numbers are sometimes completely opposite so don't trust the Forza ranking and instead use raw numbers for better results.

fun fact: if you max out this car for drag, send it from festival to the forest, tap a break at the first gravity road and then send it, the second gravity road will not work and you will fly into the trees

As a camaro guy, im a ltitle bit sad they didnt include the 9.4 liter v8 that comes withe the car (at least in the 2022 model) but overall, im very happy that they finally added a Copo to the game

Just an FYI... If you join groups that like to race back and fourth on the highway, in both directions there is a slight bump on highway (don't remember where). BUT your wheely bars WILL hit and your car will end over end. Thought it was a glitch but it's not.
The Mercedes amg one on highway mode can actually fly off of the magnetic parts of the hw track if you go fast enough

The COPO Camaro is the the second or third fastest drag car in the game. In the quarter it beats everything out of the hole but yes in longer races other cars will catch up to and pass it but on the quarter no chance
@@jboe7683 Not if the COPO gets ‘em out of the hole which it does.
I know know because my buddy has beaten those supposed fastest in the COPO.
In drag racing if you beat someone on the launch they will most likely not catch unless car is capable of hitting 300+ mph in a quarter mile for example a jet car
@@jboe7683 To make it clear, I know there’s no jet cars in FH5, my point is that there has to
be a big enough difference in acceleration between two cars to give the car with a slower launch the chance la catch up and win.
So. for example let’s take the Diablo GTR, that car traps at 240 MPH were as the COPO traps at 232 with the 7.4TT V8 but that small discrepency isn’t enough to offer the difference at launch
Those tires are actually street drag radials. Meant to go around corners and in straight lines.
It’s so fast that if you just book it down the nexus it flys off the magnetic tracks

Yo Nick, even with the 1750 hp motor it hooks in 2wd and has a faster 0-60 that way
Only complaint is that the areo removed the parachute insyead of the wheelie bar..

I put a 7 speed in, tuned the final drive a bit and I can do a wheelie on stock suspension
still haven’t bought fh5 but i might finally buy it now just because the expansion 🙃

I gotta say, this is for a fact the fastest stock rwd drag car. I was able to keep up with the diablo gtr, which is I think is the fastest car with 1465hp. Though, I was getting smacked by other people in the Copo because they were AWD and 1750hp. That explains why their 0-60 was so quick considering I did an AWD build to get my 0-60 to .641 seconds.
faster rwd. my RWD one had .604 and the new tune reads .78 but its definitely closer to .57-.60 i seriously think rwd is better because of the top end and lighter weight and it grips just as well
@@johnjohn-iy4ts what rpms do you launch at? For the stock motor, I got .696 RWD, and for the 1750hp motor, i got .662 RWD. That's probably why i was so slow since I'm launching at 2k rpm

Stock hotwheels tires are better than what you would replace with like the slicks, rally tires etc depending on the car
I use the porsche taycan of the welcome pack, it's the best S1 car your can find with a top speed of 400 + km/h
