1st step should only be left on 10 minutes for damaged hair and 20 minutes for healthy hair and after washing Neutralizer out only with lukewarm water do not shampoo and condition hair for 3 to 4 days hope this helps

i got this done at a salon and when I did it for the first time, she did 25 min and the results weren't that great but when I did it again, she did it for 48min and the results were MUCH more better, some peoples hair like a lot of asians with black hair and latinas need longer time due to thickness of hair

It depends how thick ur hair and how fast you can do the hair dry and iron thats the one that takes time usually 3-5hrs depends if u have someone to help u
I have asian hair, I followed the exact instruction in the packages and it didnt work for me. My hair was much better before I used this product. I may try and leave it for longer next time but I'm so sad, more for the fact that my hair was better before😭😭😭😭
Ung una sis medyo di sy super straight pero couple months nagwavy na kasi lagi ko tinatalian… saka notice ko nung una after 3days ko naligo di na sy gaanu super straigh kaya this time nagadjust ako ng time kaya mas maganda result since nakaligo na ako gnun parin pagka straight nya

@yatyat2791 no this treatment will destroy bleached hair. It’s only possible on colored hair, with the blue packaging (the red one is for strong hair and the purple one is for very strong hair)

Yes, it will burned if your hair just had hair color, your not allowed to use Crystalizing Straight, you should use the blue one because it's for Natural to Sensitized hair

What i did is i washed my hair during night time and i make sure i dont used conditioner just shampoo and on the morning i just apply the solution.

Rewatch the video because she said leave in for 10-20 mins but she's doing 30mins to an hour for her hair. Attention to detail next time
