To easily see if something is wrong, you just need to skip to the sizes of Bayverse Optimus in the movies that is always 28 feet tall with exception of Jetfire Prime in RotF that is 40 feet tall IIRC. He's always 28 feet tall no matter if it's the first 3 movies or the last 2 where he changes his look. RotB Optimus is also smaller at around 20 feet tall, not bigger, so lol when I see him as being as big if not bigger than Bayverse.
