@Kint Cheng : It's funny... I am from Pak Kong... and that is my grand dad's go to as well. Remember this well when I was a kid. We'd always go... and he would always just choose one or two. This was the days before these "side stores" near tall buildings. People literally just buy from restaurants.... That was before supermarkets, and before convenient stores.. and definitely before.... the explosion in population as well. I miss dim sums. The dim sum culture is also kind of dying out in the UK too... We used to have that here too, but now, the Sifu are also passed on, and nobody picks up this culture really.

I really like the decor and the old style.. Have not seen it at all. It gives me an insight into history.... I love the writings from right to the left... I also have not done that since junior school in HK. Definitely will try this place out next time I'm in town. Unique dining experience. Someone should write a dim sum restaurant guide, to show which one was the oldest, to which one is still open etc... These places are definitely now historical relic, and a touristy place.
It is one of high end Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. I ate lunch several times with my boss there. But I think everything was overpriced. Anyway, it was the story of 32 years ago. I won't miss it.
Definitely not for the average HK office worker.The location, atmosphere, service, decor, rent & reputation must dictate the prices at the famous Luk Yu Teahouse on Stanley St. But it wasn't at that address before. Should have skipped the closeups of the man guzzling the food. We get the picture. Great place to impress friends and business associates. No English menu?

I've been here 20 years ago... it was wonderful but then we were friends of the owners so we had the best of the best... but will go back next time I'm lucky to go back to HK

I had tried 鏞記's famous bbq duck, i thought it was only average. i had also tried 蓮香 dim sum, i also thought it was also average. never tried 陸羽, if i remember correctly, the reviews weren't that great and so i never did try. after watching this video. the price was really WOW !!!!!! no thank you !!! again, take care and wear your mask. the scary thing of this virus is the fear of unknown, we don't want it to mutate to become another spanish flu !!!!

陸羽我60年前和老爸去了多次;和國民酒家\第-樓是高級的茶居,直到二十多年前帶朋友去三樓觀光`朋友二不会用茶盅、要茶壷,冰水給企堂白眼;幸好自少懂得用茶盅,叫了寿眉及二亇普洱,我天生用左右手兼用,又從少跟爸出入老茶居,就來個左右手持筷子洗杯,老企枱-看知才三+出头的能用筷子洗杯碗,巳眼盯着/我再雙手持盅同時左右向两旁友人注茶,他就態度轉好,不断介紹好吃的,-見寿眉茶過五次便自動換茶,二十多年前去,陸羽招呼都是逹官富人'普通人上去是二樓,老茶客人多去三樓,两人坐地下卡座,以前點心都無味精,巳二十年無再去,看來已变了用不銹鋼壷,差了很多、不太值那亇價錢了。

小時候我家每星期日也會去飲茶,陸羽是其中選擇之一,好記得茶特別苦,最珍貴是童年回憶和已故父母的記憶,知道香港很多老志號也做不住,希望這家可以永續。

這間不是一般平民的茶樓,還記得細時父親帯我上茶樓( 在深水埗,北河街,不記得茶樓名字 ), 樓上茶座是較樓下茶介貴五分錢,在上樓梯前有一幅掛牆緘言(舊時在廣州的茶樓常見的,是酒樓,茶樓一種特色 ),寫道: "大飽好賣,大錢難撈,磨釘削鐵,繩頭小利,攜幼來多,攜老來少,簷前滴水,何曾倒流"
六十年代是我孩童時每星期必去的茶樓,最欣賞他們牆上的字畫,牡丹圖,駿馬圖,那時的銅火柴坐,銅樓梯也是很特別,點心每星期有特點,那時最喜歡棗泥酥,雀肉酥盒,還有小蛋撻,小孩也可以一口一個,很別緻,那煎粉果連湯也是非常好,湯是清雞湯,沒味精,最不得了的,還有幾粒韮黃。現正的水準差很多,已是第三代的師父了。有氣派的茶客,還有專用茶葉,看見茶壺已寫下陳老板,李老板,以前的點心仔都是赤腳的,因銅樓梯太滑。那時是舊舖,企堂已很囂張,只招呼熟客。

我阿媽話80年代我細個時我老豆傾生意成日去食。後來到80年代尾香港做廠開始搬上內地,我老豆就少左去食。我媽話當年佢都食過幾次,好過普通酒樓少少,完全唔值甘貴。直到2010年有機會到附近做野,特登去試下,原來都不外如是,班伙計都好白鴿眼。真心講句果啖茶係有d水準(連我唔識飲茶都感覺到), 但d燒賣好似變變地味,想同d伙計講,諗下算數,費事一陣比你班撚樣寸我。絕無下次。

除了蝦多士未食過,其實我覺得感受一下真正飲茶的樂趣都唔算太貴(酒店都要)。平日一點半後唔使訂位(因股市開市)。記得行下洗手間(花露水毛巾抹手)好懷舊。值得一個人下午放空食2個点心,2百元落樓。

2004年在香港跨年,元旦一早去飲茶去去身上酒氣,早上8點沒什麼人,帶台的大爺指指一樓牆邊茶座,
我一個人就在這喝茶吃點心看報,安穩、不打擾,還適時來加滾水,點心又有水準,
個人以為店家恃應或許驕傲一點,依然是一流的餐飲服務。
只上過一次,當年97前在香港工作,同事在最後一次與他拍檔完結,放工(大約一點)後他請,在等候時他還去了附近間書店買本書送我存念。至今仍記得這次踐別茶和多謝那位同事
7O年代當時我很個,我老豆帶我去陸羽飲茶,那時那班伙計都很寸,對眼生看額頭,但當時樓底很高有吊扇,D火計穿白上衣黑色牛頭褲,白色名襪黑色和尚鞋好統一,个水煲好大,我最鍾意食陸羽叉燒包,1.8一龍只得兩个
到依家班夥計都係好串
我見一樓嘅樓底係幾高,係2樓好似焗促啲咁,可能當時世伯係熟客可以坐樓下,招呼都好啲❤️
到现在服务都很差,一些老家伙霸嗮
那我家糸有錢的,當時任何人都可以入,但穿得不好,他們系看不起,雙眼生在頭頂
我去過陸羽一次,一早去沒有人,企枱很大排,我們兩個人坐下,叫了茶。然後又有兩個人入來,他一入來就給了tips企枱,然後說是從澳洲回來的,企枱聽了馬上請他們上樓上,我就知道這間茶窒不是我們來的。
有朋友喺門口望吓,已經被伙記”提示”:呢度唔係你哋飲茶架……(朋友係婆婆拖住孫女,衣著整齊)

香港飲食業,就此失敗,有錢消費,也不受欢迎
其實陸羽最值錢的,不是啲嘢食,而是枱椅(重有的畫)!
你地坐果張,係依家有錢都買不到的酸枝椅,價值已經無法估計!
所謂低調奢華不外如此,三個人食成千蚊係貴,但你當用三舊水坐張價值連城嘅椅,再用幾十蚊飲餐茶,成件事會當堂不同晒!

分分鐘淨係張櫈都幾千蚊 入去食嘅唔係食物而係 用隻眼 去睇 入面嘅名畫古董
看畫才是去這茶樓的意義,加上一壺白牡丹,一千元埋單也不貴。
若然志在賞畫,何不去博物館哉?况且不須被宰割兼受茶博士的氣呀

據我所知,陸羽不但只要識人,重要比tips,先可以坐1樓同有好嘅待遇,而且新年一定唔可以去,新年去真係最少$2000埋單(佢地會排隊拎利是)

陆羽茶楼,去过两次。陈皮鸭腿泡饭味道不错。不过点心还是福临门的味道好,陈皮牛肉丸,弹牙。鲜竹卷,咸蛋黄千层糕,好味。👍😊

我返香港探親友時,也會去陸羽飲茶,鍾意佢哋嘅舊式点心。
有時收得高少少而又有質素其實應該支持下,40蚊件蝦多士心機都唔少,偶然食一次半次對自己又無影響,香港就係太多只會計算既人而令到一d有心機既人無心機做得更好。我未試過陸羽,不過有感而發。大家都肯比人賺下生意咪好做d囉,老闆又鬆手d員工,一個好循環
中餐40元1件整隻蝦的蝦多士就大把人話貴;若是換作是日本餐的出品,尤其是日本人主理所,很多香港人就話唔貴,值得。

好多年前帶家母去過,當我問有没有三个位,伙計即時話满,跟着見我們帶著家母,因老人家行得不太好,隨即話可以上二楼,還吩咐要小心,慢慢行,感觉他們對老人家很好。記得當時叫左碟豉椒排骨飯,卄多年前都要$98.00. 是比手掌大小小鵝蛋形銻碟上,但那味道真的很好吃,今時今日我還記得和滋味。貴定不貴,則見人見智!
台灣人也好愛這種復古的茶室 希望能好好經營下去 別被銀樓取代
復古在香港是極高成本的奢華,真不知還有多少餐廳可以承傳下去

我回忆的陆羽是在港岛中区(中环?)。它是三或四层高的, 但每层不特别大。还记得点心的推销员有时是赤脚的,在上下楼走动,不穿鞋,这记忆很深。小时候父亲多次带我们兄弟去,1960时代中末吧, 也许71, 72.

我以前在威寧頓街上 班,搭 小巴在 士單利街下車,日日經過陸羽,幾十年來裝修無變過。1994年去過陸羽,有叫過 豨潤燒賣,重有一定要叫 新鴻基地產老板 郭得勝天天要食慨 蓮溶簡水儍,好軟滑,我喜歡。之後未去過。只係人一世 物一世,去感受下上一輩 好多大有錢佬都去嘅酒樓,我以前 都見過好多次 勞斯萊斯停在門口,不過,我依加吳會再去,感受過就算。

陸羽茶樓真係好正 细個時跟住老竇去 50年代 覺得好吃 係叉燒包 半肉烧賣 賣相十分叉 扁平 但吃落好好味 不宜加急汁 但名贵点心 一定係红烧鮑翅 個鮑汁加埋銀芽火腿丝可以送一碗白飯 真係好享受

我小時候跟姑丈爸爸去原址的陸羽茶室,大概在利源東,西街那邊。聽我爸爸說他們的牛肉球(忘記當時是有沒有山竹牛肉或西洋菜牛肉)是用刀刮出來而不是剁肉的

作為遊客好多年前去過,冇book位直接walk in,俾服務員帶咗去二樓,d服務員係幾白鴿眼,開始d態度好差,後來到買單時屋企人俾咗d小費,態度即時180度大轉變,又遞熱毛巾又同你寒暄咁。茶算係唔錯啦,對得住茶位費,不過其他嘢就性價比唔高了,作為體驗一下舊時飲茶文化可以嚟試試,如果要經常幫襯,香港太多選擇了,佢唔會喺首選嘅行列。
俾貼士小費,一定在坐下就給予。如果食完至俾就乜嘢服務都冇啦!

杏汁白肺湯好正,9點前有些特別點心,時不時會轉的,好吃!黑芝麻好重芝麻味但不甜超正。價錢一級啦🤪
这一顿点心价,在马来西亚可以吃六人一桌海鲜大餐了。
我今年新年点了两只手臂长的螳螂虾,十只九节虾,一条红石斑,白仓鱼,螃蟹,炒花甲,炒猪油大禄面,一壶茶和八杯饮料,买单时都不到八百块马纸。
若在吉隆坡吃点心,除了没有猪肺汤,点个二十笼点心,虾饺,带子饺,龙鼎皮饺,鱼翅饺,蟹黄小笼包,鹅肝饺,松露包,燕窝,都不必八百块钱,味道不比香港和广州差但食材更丰富。。。😅
这家老字号真会做生意,上岸了就好像摆明了:要吃就吃,不吃过主。😁不必做到累半死。

說句公道話,陸羽「串」乃眾所週知的事!但何以如此?不就是因人家世面見多了,識見自然高了!眼光(覺)自然也不一樣,但能長年停留在同一個環境,仍能站得如此穩當,自有其實力和能耐!因能長享盛名而不墮者,僅靠盛名而歷久不衰,實屈指可數!
不就是踩低拜高的奴才像吗?有钱人肯定看不到那种真正串的嘴脸,应为那些老油条对有钱人的串中带跪,所以有钱人只是觉得这种串是可爱或也可以接受

食點心去西環北街嚐囍試啦,普通茶樓價錢2019,2020年米之蓮得獎質素,,最正自己帶理私家茶葉就完美,5個點心約$120行出門口..............平靚正

我08年和父母去吃过一次晚餐,walk in,服务都不错啦,给我们一张一楼的中桌,推荐我们多点几种茶试下(反正价格一样)。白肺汤很好喝。

上年10月尾去过,早上11点几到,walk in,还坐在一楼。

陸羽茶室前先在永吉街、現今茶壼就失曬色嘅、咁高檔茶樓應該採用名瓷壷才適合!
不銹剛茶壺真係好格格不入🤦🏻♂️
N年前同家父和世叔去,用茶盅及瓷茶壺的,印象中伙計對眼生在額頭,食物就無咩印象。
很久以後,同家母去過一次,伙計態度依舊。

呢一間茶室 十年如一日 食嘢真係偏貴 但裏面嘅所有擺設掛飾就知來頭不小 醉翁之意不在酒 三樓嗰幅巨型掛畫,再看看 後面的孔雀屏風 佢入面有個脆皮糯米雞 子薑咕嚕肉都不錯
我地今次去都係食情懷居多
估唔到真正嘅主菜係啲擺設、掛飾👍🏻

細路時期的中環大排檔, 90年代佢個仔仲好friendly, 見到都會笑下架喎。
以前年代茶壺應該用瓦嘅,現在用個不銹鋼茶壺好失禮啫!重點係收人幾拾蚊茶錢,居然用個不銹鋼茶壺泡茶,柸茶有幾靚呀!陸羽主打唔係茶咩?
八十年代已經用不鏽鋼㗎,不過d伙記好寸,白鴿眼,所以我不再幫襯了!
客人可以要求用焗盅,至於茶價視乎茶葉品質,一份錢一分貨。
去過一次食晚飯, 叫咗三菜一湯, 菜膽豬肺湯有水準但小菜不見驚喜, 聽你講到啲點心咁正, 原來我捉錯用神了, 再幫趁一定係食點心😋
叫返招牌嗰幾款點心算係有驚喜😋

陸羽茶室就是百年情懷
去過好幾次, 因家人喜歡。可能自覺是熟客。因他又毫不之吝嗇,絶不手軟每㳄醒親個個ㄧ舊。所以招呼冇問題。因每次不必埋單, 所以去都冇所謂。要俾 s 打死唔去。有次桂花炒翅不知所謂。D翅又濕又散。煲仔飯生米。咁嘅水準打完手板打糞忽。冇人出聲唯有照食。有次叫經理寫菜。頭盤义燒2斤,十個人食咗唔使吔第樣。還有....。唯ㄧ可取杏汁燉豬肺湯及陳皮牛肉餅可以收吓貨,因價錢不便宜,實應有ㄧ定水準,不能靠招牌當飯吃。家人崇尚名店。無奈! 如再不改進,肯定步蓮香樓後塵被淘汰。
It is one of high end Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. I ate lunch several times with my boss there. But I think everything was overpriced. Anyway, it was the story of 32 years ago. I won't miss it.
Definitely not for the average HK office worker.The location, atmosphere, service, decor, rent & reputation must dictate the prices at the famous Luk Yu Teahouse on Stanley St. But it wasn't at that address before. Should have skipped the closeups of the man guzzling the food. We get the picture. Great place to impress friends and business associates. No English menu?

I've been here 20 years ago... it was wonderful but then we were friends of the owners so we had the best of the best... but will go back next time I'm lucky to go back to HK
食咁貴嘅嘢仲要被人串真係貼錢買難受,不過都係要放喺 bucket list 道去一次。
Went to this restaurant in March 2019 on a fine morning. Fond memories. Will revisit when travel bubble permits.
呢間茶樓 未裝修之前 我去過三次 環境唔靚 食物叉 招呼不好 貴得無價值 兩個人飲一餐茶等同於去酒店食自助餐

2019年2月去香港自由行,大學同學帶我去陸羽,最出名的是豬潤燒賣(豬潤就是豬肝),果然好正😋

我是上海人,看着这家的复古风格和精悍的菜单,非常想在下次去hk的时候试一试!在上海,白灼鲜美的肚肺汤也是很好吃的,也想试试 杏汁白肺湯!

I had tried 鏞記's famous bbq duck, i thought it was only average. i had also tried 蓮香 dim sum, i also thought it was also average. never tried 陸羽, if i remember correctly, the reviews weren't that great and so i never did try. after watching this video. the price was really WOW !!!!!! no thank you !!! again, take care and wear your mask. the scary thing of this virus is the fear of unknown, we don't want it to mutate to become another spanish flu !!!!
