I'm a simple man. I see a Bottle Ned post and I pull over my car in rush hour traffic to immediately watch it
Lamooooooo
Best bottle digger ever
The escape from the burning wet hell was hilarious, your humor (and the botts) are what makes your videos so good.
Also, thanks for that reminder to never go camping with thousands of other people...
We avoided a ten hour traffic jam that happened the very next morning !
Very educational.Great medicines.Paige is a nice addition to the crew.
Lovely video.
Wiggly bad. Jiggly good. Very good.
😂 Absolutely love you guys!! If anybody will find it it will be you!!! Best Of The West!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
Awesome dig you guys, and your burning man experience was rough! but the humor added to the scenario was just too funny, very much enjoyed this adventure Ned and associates:)
Sweet Video Ned, Paige and Chuck. It was nice to see the trio digging together. Y'all did dig up a lot of bottles, but unfortunately they weren't the more exquisite one. I loved the pepper sauce and cathedral pickle bottles. I actually collect both types and I love them.
Gotta get some sauce botts over to you, Deb. Email me !
Thank you for the Burning Man bonus footage. Long live the power of the BOTT.
Love the history info, Paige and Chuck. The absolute boss catch was the highlight.
Great episode! 👍
Hope you guys find many great botts in your next dig.
The escape from Burning Man was great! 😮
Beautiful page⚘️The 3 of you are awesome cool video but crazy ending
Well done on the finds
I’ve been after one now for 48 years!!!! Gothic Cathedral holy grail! Hope you glued that one back! I know I would have! Love your videos!
found the discussion of the procedure of using the outhouse.,,,......enlightening😃
I agree with the aggressive wigglers!
An extremely fun, entertaining and educational video! Keep up the good work guys!
Those pickle jars sure would be hard to get pickles in and out of.
Seriously !! Wonder if they had a special pickle-extracting utensil
imaging finding a stash of Roman coins
that sure would mess with American history !
That was great!
💙💙💙💙likes your historical info,😉👍
Its a lice comb! Im lookin forward to the advertising poem, so clever.
Nice !! How could you tell ? I found pics of other beard combs with teeth on both sides but are they lice beard combs or for both the head & facial hair ?? Thanks for the help!
That comb is a real cool find, well done on another awesome video man, I reckon you send Chuck to burning man next year and record it , that would be funny stuff.
Yeah, great to see Chuck again. I met him in Tonopah, NV at the bottle show. His personality is priceless….love the guy.😊
He’s hilarious and much more quick-witted than he seems at first based on his shy mannerisms. I enjoy his company a lot
I like the uneven lip on the goth bottle.
Bott Poetry reading made your video so complete!!!
Or (the other face was Columbus) The 1892 Chicago Exposition?
‘92 is too late for that layer or else I’d agree
I love you Bottle Ned!!!
I mean I love your botts and videos. I'm a Bay Area Baby too.
I appreciate the love ❤️
12:47,8…..in the cistern. I see a bottle down there.
I was looking at that too and rewinding it over and over because I thought I saw one too !!! That thing has since been totally excavated out and destroyed. Hopefully it was just a bott mirage
Burning 🥵 postponed. By the most high God!
The comb with the president is a lice comb, scraping the scalp to remove the lice
Thank you ! Will update in description
1876 Philadelphia Centennial comb. I got a pocket watch from the centennial.
Thank you !!!
Fee Fi Fo Far Fred..here he is..its bottle Ned
Crusty's no look catch was SICK! I wish I was so smooth.
One question, what's your favorite method of getting a probe down past the dry hardpack in these summer months? Besides the sweet power tools. Or say along the edge of an old railway? Where all those stinkin rocks are blocking the path to sweet bott.
Great question. It used to be a “pounder probe” (like the kind utility workers use), but these days I much prefer a cordless drill, as it takes away all that impact on the ole joints.
One word of caution is: unless you’re searching under a thick cap or dirt, roadbase, asphalt, etc, it’s best to probe when the soil is more moist, as it’s harder to feel privies in desiccated soil. Especially older privies. (Privies under hard caps don’t dry out in the same way)
@@BottleNed thanks for the insight! Those darned rotobits ain't cheap, but I can appreciate the preservation of these old joints!
Bottles over burning man.
Learned my lesson
The teal monogram ink is a bottle from R.I. and was the WWW is the trademark of the Stylographic Pen Co. of Providence
I wanted to thank some keen artifact-identifiers on here for giving us some new info on the awesome comb at 20:30. It’s an 1876 Philadelphia Centennial LICE comb !
Special thanks goes out to:
@mattsergel5704
@plowkingwilly74
@juneyshu6197
Did you use the nit comb after escaping from Burning Man?😉
Needed a full decontamination chamber after that one 😂
Since I have fresh food, I cn have my roast beef for Christmas, sans hot sauce!
I don't know how you can fit a pickle through the top of the jar
Lessons hard learned stick best
Can we vote to change her nickname to "Pickle Jar Page" instead of the Wendy's gal lol
Did you have that broken pickle bott repaired Ned?
Pause at 24:33 it looks like you left a silver dollar in the hole.
Oh crap that’s my worst nightmare; to see something in a video that I missed, knowing the site is all toast now, like this one is…
After watching I took a long hot shower because I could
😆 I did too
Ill go to Burning Man with Paige, anytime she's ready!
😅
I wish I knew how they made ice in 1870
There were ice cutters who cut frozen ice in lakes and rivers and it was stored in an ice shelter building below ground and covered with saw dust.
That's what you get for not digging!
HEY BOTTLENED GIVE US AN IDEA OF PRICES OF THE BOTTLES YOU FIIND IT WOULD BE MORE INTERESTING THANKSS
Not about the money
I have mixed feelings about talking about value. In one sense, it’s a specific way for viewers to understand how bottle collectors categorize different types of bottles.
But that being said, talking about value takes the emphasis away from the value of historical knowledge gained by these artifacts and in my opinion, can garner the wrong kind of attn and all of a sudden you have a bunch of ppl digging for dollars.
You already have other UA-camrs talking about botts worth “thousands” and property owners have actually denied me permission to dig recently citing those videos they saw because they thought there were bottles like that buried on their property, even though the chances of that are almost nil and most botts you find aren’t worth more than $10-20.
I personally wish all bottles were worth almost nothing so I could collect them all.
Just some thoughts, I could be missing some key points here and welcome other opinions.
If you run into dark yellow smegma I think I would abort the mission
only thing at the end of a rainbow is a crock of shit.
sweet finds. man
Bellissima rossa😉❤
dig for bottles sometime instead of talking about irrelevant things all the time.......unsubscribe tonight.
