    This may be a silly question, but in what instance would you want to improve knee extension, assuming you're an active and functional individual?
    I understand strengthening the quadriceps, just seeking the answer to the "why" behind the video.

    I had a knee fracture 2 years ago.. my fractured leg is 2,3 degrees less than my other leg in extension...will this workouts help me to get full extension??

    my health expert made me do this and now i have to much, how can i reverse this motion? i feel like it hops to extension way to easy while my other leg is smooth. pls help

    Get some new shoes broski i had a knee issue that couldve been prevented by nee shoes the grip on ur shoes is gone you can see a smooth spot i injured myself slipping and falling from wearing very old shoes with little grip
