Vortex is by far the best Suspended coaster left in operation; I've ridden the 4 in North America. Yukon Striker is the best Dive Coaster I've ridden and Behemoth in the back car is my favourite coaster I've ridden after Steel Vengeance, Fury 325 and Diamondback, beating out Leviathan, Orion, Millennium Force, Ghostrider, El Toro and The Cyclone, due to it's sustained airtime and duration. It's just so much fun!
and with Alpen Fury, they say that they with have the same loading system as snoopy racing railway along with some train modifications to make loading/unloading quicker.
Dragon Fyre was my favourite coaster at Wonderland. Because it wasn't very busy, it was usually possible to go down the exit stairs, loop around and climb right back in for another ride. I found both of the wooden coasters were very rough rides; shake, rattle and bounce.
Wild beast needs a major renovation or ideally doubled in size to become an rmc. But i think the park has said if they were to do a rmc it would be a ground up.
My favourite wonderland coaster is Yukon striker because it’s big and fast like leviathan and behemoth, it goes upside down and holds you at the top of the drop.
I was just at the ACE event last week, and Timewarp and Flight Deck aren’t going anywhere, anytime soon. They have tons of space to work with. What they need is either a vekoma flyer, OR a Mack spinner 💪
Such an awesome list Brandon, it’s no secret that Canada’s Wonderland is home to some of the tallest and best coasters (which includes the head aching scream machine, Flight Deck) in Canada. 😎😎😄👍🏻👍🏻🎢 I can’t wait to see the park open their next coaster, Alpen Fury, next year!
My home park. Alpen Fury looks pretty insane to me. Cant wait to ride it. Flight Deck and Time Warp will be removed for either a flat ride or maybe a restaurant. Who knows. Talk is that Wildebeast is supposed to be refurbished in some spots. I have too many favorite rides. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
If I had to predict the next coaster for Canada’s Wonderland I have a feeling we could be seeing a wing coaster be built where time warp is and extend it to Kingswood Music Theatre’s plot of land. There are currently no coasters at the park where you ride on the side of the track.
a wing coaster is way to similar to a dive and yukon your on the side of the track on some seats. Also many other parks like kings island or carowinds dont have a coasters where your on the side so i feel like a newer inverted coaster would be better.
I think there's room to add coasters before removing anymore. Giving up the title of the 2nd most roller coasters in the world isn't a preferable decision.
Well Mine has to be between leviathan behemoth and yukon striker and possibly next year after i ride Alpin fury it might be top one for me. for prediction I heard Brendon say he had a different prediction. He said the bat has been having issues in his latest video and he was wondering if it might be out the door soon. It is a poorer compassity coaster anyway but if it is having issues and costing the park a ton of money they should scrap it and get something new in there like a intiman coaster similar to the one at williamsburg for example. I wonder what could go in where bat is though. but there is nothing stopping them from going out and over other attractions to.
without looking at the list yet ima guess. (Spoilers of actual answers in read more section) 1 leviathan 2 behemoth 3 yukon (I think the drop on yukon is bigger than behemoth but the hill size at behemoth is bigger 4 flight deck 5 minebuster 6 vortex 7 wilde beast 8 time warp 9 wonderguardian (the outside part is decently high up idk) 10 dragon fyre The actual results were 10 Dragon Fyre (1 right) 9 Wilde beast (I guessed wrong) 8 Spinebuster (thought it was taller) 7 Vortex (I was pretty close I guessed sixth) 6 flight deck (I am really suprised it was not a little higher) 5 The bat (the only non-kiddie coaster i havent been on at the park cause it has been broken every time i have wanted to go on it, I compltley forgot about it) 4 alpen fury (Alpen fury is currently 3 feet tall cause it isnt built yet, The first batch of supports literally arrived today. I dont think it should be on the list yet. maybe as an honourable mention tho) 3 yukon (yay I was right) 2 behemoth (yay I know what the big 3 are) 1. Leviathan (Yay I know the most well known fact about canadas wonderland besides the fact its in canada)
Wonderland is claiming they've made changes to both the trains and the station if AlpenFury to alleviate the capacity issue. We'll see if it's enough. I do worry about no back-up train in case of emergency. Seems short-sighted
Even the back of Wilde beast is smoother than any of minebuster, and calling minebusters drawn out airtime hills and bone shattering laterals better than Wilde beasts ejector airtime and (save for the final turn) balanced laterals feels like a felony

Minebuster fells like it’s 10 years old now

@@JohnHuitema re track widle beast if I can be honest it’s a fun ride but it’s very ruff

Absolutely really want to go to this park. Maybe for Halloween 2025. Outstanding All Around
Haunt is so fun
Wonderland fan here, we hope that Apeanfury will have good operations for that bad capacity

Leviathan: Tallest and best ride in Canada.
It’s very similar to the Diamondback vs Orion debate at KI. Personally, love Leviathan but prefer Behemoth.
@@matthewpeloza9249 an uncommon but respectable opinion
I agree it is a super fun ride
@@matthewpeloza9249 ngl tho nobody likes behemoth over leviathan but you (no disrespect) its not like the diamondback and orion debate
Behemoth better
I always ask to go to the front for Wilde Beast, the front row makes it better than minebuster or you could just not go on a wheel seat
I really hope wonderlands next coaster is a rmc wooden coaster.. but that won’t be for years to come
My idea for all of the remaining aerodynamics suspended coasters is to switch out the old trains with b&m family suspended coaster trains.
and how would those ride on the track? use your brain john

1 leviathan
2 behemoth
3 yukon (I think the drop on yukon is bigger than behemoth but the hill size at behemoth is bigger
4 flight deck
5 minebuster
6 vortex
7 wilde beast
8 time warp
9 wonderguardian (the outside part is decently high up idk)
10 dragon fyre
The actual results were
10 Dragon Fyre (1 right)
9 Wilde beast (I guessed wrong)
8 Spinebuster (thought it was taller)
7 Vortex (I was pretty close I guessed sixth)
6 flight deck (I am really suprised it was not a little higher)
5 The bat (the only non-kiddie coaster i havent been on at the park cause it has been broken every time i have wanted to go on it, I compltley forgot about it)
4 alpen fury (Alpen fury is currently 3 feet tall cause it isnt built yet, The first batch of supports literally arrived today. I dont think it should be on the list yet. maybe as an honourable mention tho)
3 yukon (yay I was right)
2 behemoth (yay I know what the big 3 are)
1. Leviathan (Yay I know the most well known fact about canadas wonderland besides the fact its in canada)
I wanna see a new biggest coaster in Kansas Wonderland sometime in the next 10 years
The next coaster will be a family coaster and Dragon Fyre will close before Flight Deck and Time Warp
Now with the merger, I'll be able to go there (well I need to get my passport first)
Wonderland is claiming they've made changes to both the trains and the station if AlpenFury to alleviate the capacity issue. We'll see if it's enough. I do worry about no back-up train in case of emergency. Seems short-sighted
My perdition for the next coaster will be over White Water canyon
It was the 2nd coaster featured in the survey last year
Leviathan!
My dad went on all of the rides and his favourite is flight deck.
Ha that’s ok! :)
As someone who has this to be their home park I will say wild beast is so much better than minebuster
I agree wild beast in the front is smooth
Even the back of Wilde beast is smoother than any of minebuster, and calling minebusters drawn out airtime hills and bone shattering laterals better than Wilde beasts ejector airtime and (save for the final turn) balanced laterals feels like a felony
yukon striker is taller than behemoth
Not according to RCDB.com. And that is what i go by. Yukon Striker offers a larger drop than Behemoth
I highly recommend to not ride behemoth as it makes you feel sick.
😢😢
I love behemoth
