when ever i see a cat this gentle with animals it would normally see as prey it always makes me think how amazing the owners must be to raise a cat to be this great.
Chicks look healthy despite having cat as mom - very active, & I can tell by their full stomachs they have strong appetites.
The cat probably likes them because they can peck the ticks & insects off of her as well.
