This comment goes out to all the men. He isn't kidding when he says there's not enough men serving in the church. That's one of the reasons I became a youth leader. Not only did I get to witness the transformation in my kids but I got to see the transformation in about 18 other kids over the course of about 6 months. Those kids became my kids and to this day they still check in with me even though I'm not at that church. Some of those kids didn't even have a father in their lives. You don't know how much of an impact that actually makes until you actually serve. One thing I would suggest is to volunteer to serve at least one time to try it out and then do one more time to confirm whether it was for you or not.
