This reminds me of the SF EX games and that odd time in fighting games when 2D fighters were trying to be more Tekken like. A very weird time.

Yeah I remembered this old underrated SNK game. And Mr Karate is broken as hell when played in versus mode. Dem cheap infinite Haohshokoken.
I still can’t accept Ryo as Mr. Karate; That title belongs solely to Takuma, and he should take it to his grave.
