My school is really stressful and this week I have had 7 major assignments, from tests, to presentation, to the dreaded papers. I'm sitting at my desk, trying to get words out of the paper, anxious about deadlines. Then I start listening to this and it focuses and centers me. Thank you. I don't know what it is about this music but it is truly mood changing. I feel better about everything when this is playing. My dad's friend owns a jazz bar, and the music is amazing. This sounds like exactly something the band would play- one time I even got to perform “I’m beginning to see the light”, “fly me to the moon” and many others with a sax player, a trumpet player, a pianist, a drummer, and a bassist. This Jazz music just completes a perfect blend of serenity and sound. I can open my French doors at night. Overlook the lake in my backyard. Hear the ocean waves on the beach two blocks away. Then just to make it perfect add some peaceful relaxing jazz. Then sit back in the jacuzzi and watch the moon and Stars with a nice glass of wine. Think what the rest of the world is doing while I'm in heaven on earth. Music soothes the sole and releases all the stress of the day. Nothing more relaxing.

I had anxiety about 8 months ago. Since then, I always feel worried at some point. Especially in the afternoon. It keeps me from getting a night's sleep. I did a keyword "relaxing music" in a youtube search, and I found this video. It really helps me to sleep well.
