HEY! Long time no see! I guess everyone knows it by now, but I never officially announced it here- I've been working at Hirez for two years now as a video editor, really been living the dream! With Smite 2 on the way, and the wonders of UE5 at my disposal, I'd like to get round to uploading a wee bit more! I'm very busy these days, but lets say some of my sillier ideas aren't suited to being official Smite 2 content :) HAVE FUN IN SMITE 2 MY LOVELIES ♡
It's crazy to me that you and InnocentRabbit both went from making silly fun Smite content to working at HiRez. How does that even happen? Did they contact you? Did you apply because it was something you were already interested in?
@@Voingous For me- it began when they approached me to do a birthday video 3 years ago, which set me up with a one-time contract project with them! After that I just waited and kept youtubing, until a position came up a year later. I still had to apply the usual way, and go through 3 interviews like everyone else- but having 6 years of Smite youtubing, Olympian work, and a contract certainly helped my application! If it's something you'd like to do, I'd just say: keep an eye on their website, and in the meantime- just get better at what you love doing! :)
Eyyy! I missed this funny short videos! I love seeing your name in the Smite oficial channel when they show gameplay, kind of feel proud for some reason hah. Much love Whisky, hope to see you more around here!
