And no one believes for a second that Erika is gonna be available to help Silva (or Paranoid DJ for that matter) with their fan works. Nah. I totally support the original VAs continuing their roles in the fan world, if not in the final production. At least, I hope that happens.

One is about giving yourself to your own self-destruction and vibing with it; the other is about seeking for help in denail to accept the worst case scenario. Even the reference in the frase "I don't wanna concede and give into my own demon again", linking those two songs together! Loved it!
This feels like a parallel with Addicted. While Addicted focuses on giving in to vices, Redemption is the polar opposite. Charlie wants to end a never-ending war and takes her role to new heights. Let's see how she handles in the official show.

"Crashing and burning, I learn to survive / Enduring career suicide" hit me so hard. I just lost my job a month and 5 days ago and I'm still recovering from the absolute soul-destroying 3 years of work I nearly took my own life over.

Anything Elsie touches becomes gold. Any song, any character. I have never seen one she plays that's bad. I don't normally pay attention to actor names cause while I believe they're cool in the moment, I don't pursue them further. Elsie's different. A voice so good I really pay attention, a voice so good I *want* to see- hear more of them. That's how I know you're one of the best, cause you have me doing stuff I don't normally do.

This should be made into a video like Addict. Not that this animation isn't awesome, but imagine Charlie singing this while her father's listening inside the hotel Edit: Now I'm imagining this as a series final song. I know the show hasn't even come out yet, but just imagine this scenario: Adam destroys the hotel for fear that sinners may prove themselves better people than his angels. All while angels are destroying the hope in their patrons for a better life. Lucifer considers killing Adam in revenge for hurting his daughter regardless of their different beliefs. Charlie, instead of turning to violence decides to just rebuild the hotel and focuses on rebuilding the hope inside of the patrons she had come to love instead of seeking revenge. And during her attempt, sings this to express her beliefs and trying to help them and her father see that redemption is possible. Not saying this is canon, but it's an interesting plot point this song inspired for my fantasy Hazbin plot.

addict is about coping with trauma, not about giving into self destruction, we can clearly see this in the end of the track
