- This week we share a glimpse of what the first few days living in our new tiny home (in the woods) was like. A different style video than you're use to seeing from us (slow tv).
After the sawdust settled and our vacation ended (yes we used our precious vacation to build our tiny home..) we went back to work and life returned to normal.. sort of...
Not normal in the sense that living in our tiny home was a bit of a disaster 😅
Two working professionals living together in 160 sq. ft. of primitive construction zone.
We were living without electricity, propane or hot water. Getting these simple luxuries back (finally enjoying a hot shower!!!) was a very blissful experience🌿✨
The last thing we wanted to do was pick up a camera. Exhausted and burnt out post tiny home build. We badly needed to rest and slow down.

WHO WE ARE
We are a couple from opposite sides of the world making life together in a teeny-tiny 160 square feet.
Our current tiny home is a vintage Airstream trailer nestled in the woods here in the Canadian Pacific Northwest! We like to call her Streamy, our adventure basecamp!
Sounds dreamy right? Well let us tell you that it isn't as easy as it looks & the process of building our dream tiny home on wheels (in just 60 days) was freaking hard!!!
When we're not enduring these self-imposed suffer-fests (i.e. our DIY projects & long grueling hikes up mountainsides) you'll find us out on the ocean, living and sailing around the PNW on our little sailboat. She's a Catalina 30 and we've been enjoying the challenge of restoring her & teaching ourselves how to sail!

I (Allison, the Newfie) met James (the Aussie) while working on a remote island 3 years ago.
A decade working in healthcare has helped us both to appreciate the preciousness of this one beautiful life we've been given.
Viewing TIME as our most valuable gift, we've been feeling an urgency in our lives to Live All Out!
We decided to make some BOLD moves, hit PAUSE on our conventional careers & work full time, turning our DREAMS into reality.
This is the beginning of our UA-cam journey & over the next few weeks we will be sharing our first steps towards making full-time adventure possible.
We'll be posting weekly videos that document our DIY projects, tiny-home living & our land & sea adventures.

Thank you! Making the leather drawer handles was a fun little craft! They were easier to make than I thought! It helped that James has done leather work in the past and had all the tools 👏🏽

Love this so much! We drive 22 hours to Sultan WA to pick up our 1976 Airstream Land Yacht next week. I’ve never been to the Pacific Northwest, so I’m so excited to take a few days to sightsee before and after we pick her up.

Yes it’s such a fun hobby. Our first purchase was the DJI Mavic Mini which is small and lightweight and great for travel adventures. Great starter drone!!!
We recently purchased the DJI Air 2S. It’s bigger but can reach higher altitudes/handles wind better and takes beautiful footage 👏🏽
