In the states we have what we called “Texas Hot Weiners”. A smooth chili with no beans, onions and mustard….so good!
In Rhode Island we just call them hot weiners.

The inflatable tent caught my eye so I decided to watch a previous video. My dog buddy decided that you are his favorite channel/creator. He loves Chester and loves watching ur whole videos. I have lived around rattle snakes my entire life of camping and have seen several in rocks or wood piles, but never seen one in water, however they will swim across a stream to get to the other side, like the chicken crossed the road to get to the other side... 🙄

I live near Chicago but I enjoy watching outdoor channels. Decades ago I was with a group canoeing at Boundary Water Canoe area ( Superior National Forest) In Minnesota. I was tired one evening, after canoeing / portaging and crawled into the tent. The next day I discovered that I missed the Northern Lights ! (You found a great scenic. place to camp.)

Franklin Island has tons of rattlesnakes. They seem to prefer the west side of the island for some reason, but you can find them anywhere. Their rattle warning is more of a buzzing sound, so if you think you're hearing an angry hornet nearby, stop until you locate the source of that sound. It may well be a rattler.

Best episode! Loved it! The views were stunning. You had me as a friend when you swam back for refreshments. The shelter totally says you'all ain't messing around. I'd be nervous about the boat stayin tied up too! Great job! Only thing missing was Chester. :)
That's my idea of camping, Nobody else around just you and nature. Were there any mosquitoes or flies around, You didn't seem to be swapping any away? That new tent looked amazing I can see why you went with that one. I did miss chester, I can see why you didn't bring him home for safety sake. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos. thank you for going there brings back memories its the best area in my mind in all of ontairo my brother bought a cottage in muskoka not the same no one is friendly there at our cottage friends would come over from other cottages and open our fridge and get what they wanted out of it

19:22 Look up Viking Octantis and Viking Polaris...straight up 660 foot ocean going cruise ships traveling the great lakes right now. They will make a few stops in Parry Sound. Use the St. Lawrence Lock system to get in...leave in the fall and spend the winter doing tours of Antarctica

So looks like you stayed on G359 Island on the west shore of Franklin, keep in mind Franklin island is very heavily populated with rattle snakes. There is a lot of private owned islands in this area so please check the Ontario crown land atlas before island camping here. Cheers have fun in our area

Yeah... if she's that scared of a rattle snake 🐍 she should probably be wearing pants 👖 with knee high boots 👢- thick boots. Also, chances are the snake will shake its rattle long before it's in striking distance. I heard many a rattle while living in TX - never was bit.
Yes ,I'm buying me one of these wonderful tents ⛺️ That's how I found your video, BE extra careful of those rattlesnakes, I just had a copperhead in my pump house 🏠 Thank goodness I didn't go turn the hose on to wash my car ,I decided not to and my soninlaw went over there and there it was ,he of course got it out of the pump house 😀
I've seen those in the pet store and their favorites you should try and take when next time you see one from that island because they are pretty good pets

As Los Angeles older ca kid, your not wrong. Them snakes everywhere. When I hit a semi off line golf ball that is a foot or two in sage I always way risk v reward. Nope drop and take stroke. Fire road mountain bike ride and is basking middle of road~ well i’ll climb it again tomorrow or next
