Graham Potter could probably have done better, but clearly, he was in charge at the worst possible time, right in the middle of a transition between the old and the new squad, with a lot of movement and players at the end of their contracts questioning their future

The main problems with potter were his communication skills and lack of charisma.
Everyone could see the situation he walked in at, at Chelsea wasn’t a positive one. However I just don’t think he covered himself in glory with how he represented himself or the fans during that time. He made himself out to be the clown to everyone because of his meek personality. He showed no personality or commanded respect from anyone. I personally never forgave him after he let mikel arteta prance up and down his technical area and all over the pitch. I was so embarrassed of his lack of reaction to that. It showed me that no one respected him. It’s all fine if that’s how you deal with situations but you have to show some pride when you’re representing something bigger than yourself.
Then we had his mundane press conferences. Where journalists would be taking this piss out of potter unbeknownst to him.
All in all he just never felt like a Chelsea man. With all that being said, I do hope he does well somewhere else. He doesn’t seem like a horrible person

So happy we didn’t listen to this guy and get Kane and rice. We have a 10 year outlook at the moment not a 2 year

He was given examples based on the type of player you buy during those situations and what managers can respond to, he didn't say that's what they should have bought.
My god some of you need to relax and listen.

I’m sure if Potter could do it again, he’d be more forthright. That was his problem. He didn’t stick to his guns nor his tactics. It got him the sack in a horrible and tumultuous environment.

One sec lampard is wearing Everton track suit and talking about Chelsea? How is that even possible I mean how can he even talk about boehly considering he was first sacked by Everton and then rejoined chelsea?

Well clearly Potter and Lampard were not up to the job Throw Tuchel in there if you compare them to Chelsea’s new coach . He’s playing with more or less the same players.

They’re a lot more stable as a club than when Potter was there. Context is very different.
      But Maresca has done brilliantly

You are having a laugh! Potter didn't have Palmer, Jackson, Neto, Sancho, Fernández, Caicedo, Lavia, Gusto, Nkunku, Disasi, Tosin, Sanchez etc. pretty much a completely different team.
