Chris ; the tear down was great. taking the clothes from the closet was good but I really thought after showing us the piano , I was expecting to hear you play crocodile rock or some thing like with the excavator !! Ha Ha keep it up.
I kept thinking about that yellow grader with the bucket way on the front. It would have kept you a little farther back from that fire. That was an inferno pit! Another great LD18 project. Thanks for bringing us along.
You had me at that vacuum cleaner comment lmao. It sure did a good job!!! Damn you'd never even know an old farmhouse and barn where there. Great job Chris!!!
That was pretty funny watching the Truck time the Fire before He would back up , so He didn't burn the truck up !! lolol... Looks like that all went well, cleaned up really nice Chris !! And the pond is already looking a lot better, That was a lot of mud smearing to make that one side but, it really looks Nice now that the grass has started to come back !! Another Job well done Chris !! Have a Great Evening , and , On too the Next !!
Another great video. The folks in your part of the county are very lucky to have a guy like you Chris. You can take a piece of coal and turn it into a diamond. Thanks for sharing.
Chris did you ever stop to think if you dumped the raw materials in the ground, covered it over without burning and watering the area now and then, maybe a house would grow out of it.😉 How about 2 videos in one day? is that normal? Great vid. thanks Chris. Love watching you make it look like playing.
Cool vids Chris thank you I miss doing the big pit burns myself I used to do those back in the day. One side note is I noticed a bit of slack in the skid steer tracks. More on the right just wanted to point it out. I know we had ours just a little snug but awesome..... keep the kids coming
@@MrJiblack Chris is so much better than Andrew C. You shouldn't even use there names in the same sentence. Imo Chris is the best machine operator there is any machine
That pond sure has changed in the couple of months since you completed it. It took me a bit to recognize it at first it has changed so much already. It looks great now, can only imagine what it will look like when everything is grown in and the pond full.
Looks really good Chris!!! The demo was very well done and burning the waste definitely helped save time and money for you! You also cleaned up the old house pad and burn site very well!
Do You ever give these houses to your local Fire Department for practice burns ? I gave them our house years ago , they loved it as it gave them practice and I loved it because there was only 1 truck load of waste to clean up at the end .
Are you lucky that you have such good laws. Here in Berlin, Germany, I'm not even allowed to burn the remains of my roses. We have to put everything in a landfill for a lot of money.
Chris, I commented about the bucket size yesterday. Following up, the bales of hay from the barn that you loaded into the dump truck looked like shredded wheat cereal squares compared to the bucket. Great video again sir. Thanks.
You really don't get an idea how big they really are until someone stands next to them to put them into perspective. Chris usually gets people asking him why his buckets are so small, then every once in a while, he will get out and stand next to them, lol. I remember when they had the 290 a couple years ago before selling it and getting the 250. He could have lived in that one, he he he. Was the size of a New York apartment. 😉
Hiya, here In the UK that would be a good BONFIRE NIGHT fire, celebrating GUY FAWKES, we do with all the fireworks thing, different days and meaning to your event, but be proud of that old wood burn.. thanks for the video - Ian --UK.
I'm guessing that was the property owner standing there watching? I know you wouldn't tolerate one of your guys standing around like that. That was quite the fire! Thank you for filming it. :-)
thanks for sharing a great video,in Southern California there is no burning. allowed so just to haul off the debris to a county landfill would have been way over $10,000
Just watching you load the fire with the skid-steer was making me nervous. Definitely a job I'd use the Volvo for, the further I can be from a fire pit like that the better.
My little granny’s house was built in the mid to late 1800s there was a lot of old stuff in here house that was probably worth a ton of money..but while we where burying her we had no idea people were at her house going through and taking whatever they wanted she had no will ..some where family and some where just random people..made me so mad some people have no respect
Ha! Definitely some butt pucker moments with that skid steer and the fire pit! 😬😮 😆 You never disappoint Chris! Can you be a fan of heavy equipment operators? Yep yep!! 🤩
That fire had everything; including the kitchen sink!!
-years later, people claimed to hear weird piano music coming from the ground in that area…..
And done! Ready for a new life to begin for the owners. Pond looking good. Great video.
Would have never known it was the pond job. Thanks for showing more at the end.
👍
The ghost of that beautiful old piano will be heard softly playing on warm summer nights.
Chris Always has the best fires Great looking lot Thanks for sharing 👍 👏
Two of your favorite jobs, building removal and FIRE 🙂 Great job Chris!!!
Another reason why its a good idea to keep your equipment clean, less oil and grease to catch on fire the better.
Very amazing shots and angles on this one! You always deliver a great video! Thanks for sharing.
Great job Chris thanks for the videos 👍🇺🇸
We love watching your videos . My husband say's you the man doing a good job.

Debbie, I almost believe he could!!
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Another awesome job Chris

House lot looks great Chris, good job as always! Another good job from Letsdig18, thanks for sharing! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Another fine job done by you Chris everything turned out great so you and John and yawls family stay safe and keep the videos coming
Clen nice house site and burned pile covered by my favorite little tough machine..the skidster...love that tough little hard worker
The teardown was great. The finish grading looks awesome. The photography is excellent we get great views and angles. 👍❤🇨🇦
Somewhere up around Boston area Kevin O'Connor, Norm Abram, and Tom Silva are having a good cry.
🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣
I dont think so. Even they know when a house has given up the ghost!
That was a nice fire for a change . Also another project in the books and great job as always
You had me at that vacuum cleaner comment lmao. It sure did a good job!!! Damn you'd never even know an old farmhouse and barn where there. Great job Chris!!!
Heart pine makes a hell of a fire

Nothing more satisfying and rewarding than a clean job site at the end of the day. Nicely done Sir!!!!👍
Another great video. The folks in your part of the county are very lucky to have a guy like you Chris. You can take a piece of coal and turn it into a diamond. Thanks for sharing.
The little steer has got pretty good pushing power. More than I thought that it would.
That old hay makes a lot of smoke when burning, been there done that
2 videos in one day. It don't get much better than this. Looks Great Chris
I think that’s the first time I’ve seen a digger do a tactical retreat.
Well done Sir
Just like that, it's( gone with the wind). just think out loud
As per EPA regulations, I'm sure you removed all the lead based paint and asbestos first.
I am sure that was part of the permit for the open burn.
LMBO oh man
🤣🤣🤣🤣
It would be illegal not to! Of course he did, no question about it. (As far as you know!)
Just like a backyard fire pit... The smoke will always follow you no matter where you move to
Great video Chris and I have to say that pond is looking great since you finished it. The grass is coming back and everything looks good 👍
Hey look that vacuum cleaner really cleaned up like Magic. LOL
I can feel the heat trough my screen that fire is burning so nice and hot.
i think its time for a new battery
I said it before but that skidsteer is a wonderful, so versatile, powerful lil' machine !
Great work Chris you truly are skilled at your work well done and good job. Thanks for the upload can't wait for the next 👍🏻🍺
Nice one bro the pond looks like a great spot to sit and chill out or camp at. Safe travels up your way
When it's all burnt, you just have to bury it!
Chris beautiful job! Thanks for sharing. Kevin
Well, another great video Chris.
Chris did you ever stop to think if you dumped the raw materials in the ground, covered it over without burning and watering the area now and then, maybe a house would grow out of it.😉

I tore a house down once with my excavator, there is something just so fun about it and hard to explain.
Chris loves a good blaze👍👍👍😊

Many municipalities do not allow construction materials to be burned.
Usually only allow trees and shrubs.
Great job, nice looking pond by the way
Getting “progressively adventurous” on various. ‘camera angles/placement’ are we now Mr CHRIS!!!!😎👀

Very cool, up close and personal, camera angle.
That pond is sure looking nice. All that muck dried finally lol.
Nice job and a real nice place to live
What house and barn? Lots of good camera angles on this video. Next new house to go with the pond. Thanks you. Watching from Texas .
Oklahoma
Looks really good Chris!!! The demo was very well done and burning the waste definitely helped save time and money for you! You also cleaned up the old house pad and burn site very well!
The ponds looking good considering it's only 1 to 2month ago Chris.
Do You ever give these houses to your local Fire Department for practice burns ? I gave them our house years ago , they loved it as it gave them practice and I loved it because there was only 1 truck load of waste to clean up at the end .
damn Chris , I almost got confused and thought i was watching that volcano video from the Canary islands ! hot fire !
Great job as always Sir thank you for sharing
A twelve hours time lapse of the fire, shortened to a few minutes would make a cool video of the fire.
If you try to burn the straw anywhere but the pit, it will blow everywhere and start fires.
Are you lucky that you have such good laws. Here in Berlin, Germany, I'm not even allowed to burn the remains of my roses. We have to put everything in a landfill for a lot of money.
Some of the USA is equally extreme, but a lot of it is sensible. Come on over you might like it.
Oklahoma is best

Great video (s). very much enjoyed as all the rest of your viewers😊 Ian from England👍
Now all we need is some,
3-D Glasses, and we could get the full Theatre Effect....lol

Nice to watch very dry wood burning.
In a hundred years, someone will watch this video and go and dig up the burn pit, to find that kitchen sink.

@@dirtfarmer7472 That was Precisely what I was going to say. 👍
Just pushing it all up so it gets into the pit.
I love when you have big fires

Another interesting video!
If that was me, I'd have the iPad out doing video editing whilst waiting for the truck to return.

Nice job Chris. It all went away real quick! Be well.
Ha! Definitely some butt pucker moments with that skid steer and the fire pit! 😬😮 😆

Hey Chris, FYI; it looks like the left side track on Skid-steer needs to be adjusted. Bouncing around quite a bit. Thank you for sharing!
That was fun, Thanks!
I'd been watching for it. Finally saw the upright piano again. 17:50 Chris set it aside. Just needs a little refinishing for a few claw marks.
I could be wrong, but I don't think that was the piano. It looked like concrete steps.
Ohhh Nooo ! The piano, unburned but pitched... into the ditch ! 32:05
@@brockshields9336 nope, concrete steps.
The roof is on fire, the roof is on fire, let that house burn up my friend ok🤣🤣🤣🤣.
I too was expecting you to tickle the ivory's . :-)
I was excited for this episode.
Loved the close ups.
Great burn video. Good job overall.
I'm surprised your hydraulic lines don't melt away digging into the fire.
It’s always a good day with a burn video!
Every time Chris picks up a bucket load, im looking for the piano! Anyone else?
Great to see the after video of old jobs aswell. I think I can speak for all of us in wanting more of that content. I know you're busy though ❤✌
I just finished watching the video were you took the house down
love a good demolition and a raging fire pit, nice work Chris
Way to go Chris!
Onsite hauling, as USPS says, if it fits, it ships.
DamChris ya forgot to wrap p a couple pig and throw down in the pot before ya cover it up 😁😁🤪
At 15:25, it looked like the Volvo was going Nom Nom Nom on all the debris lol
