Interesting. Get a mac studio m2 max if you wanna upgrade your computer. You might need a center rug to soften the floor if it's tiles, helps with the sound too. That POP above might need one huge panel, like above your sitting position, otherwise you'll have a bump in your 100Hz region. Don't let visitors be using the studio restroom, every smell will come back inside the room when they open the door to come out, plus its not very private, given that it's just one thin wall away. Make them use the living room toilet. Your wide desk is a recipe for irrelevant things to just be on the desk.
