Looks like a sim with the body fat and muscle sliders set all the way down
from what i can tell, since this is a model ported from PDX, the body is not the same we are used to see in PDAFT
since the clothes "come with" the body, the clothes alone wouldn't match PDAFT's slightly different body proportions
i guess the modders port everything and just give PDAFT like textures to the body, clothes and hair, except for the head/face of course since tha hair does fit in FT's model
so yeah that's basically it, this is the body from Project Diva F/F2nd/X wich is skinnier so it looks a bit odd
note: i am not a modder myself
i am just making a (barely) educated assumption based in what i have seen in project diva modules from the games for over a decade

It's amazing how Miku's singing voice is tuned so well! It feels refreshing, encouraging and powerful! I listened to this song sung by Rin, she sung really nicely and wonderfully! I really like how Tora tuned Miku's singing voive very beautifully! Thank you so much!
