I just had de ja vu. A few years ago I was free diving with some buddies. Our leader took us to a swim through, we couldn’t see the exit but he assured us it was just a few metres ahead. I dived and swam through but no light and no air above my head. I lifted my head and thank God found my self in a little air pocket. I struggled to control my rising panic and readied myself in case a surge of water put me under the water. I heard my friends and shouted to them. Our leader got me out, I just went to one side to be alone and gave myself the biggest bollicking possible. Here I was a diving instructor diving without a torch, a guideline or a clear exit, how could I have been so stupid. I looked over and our leader was whiter than me. Lesson learnt life is precious, don’t throw it away.

Вода была мутной, непонятно где дно. Гребла под водой, открыла глаза и увидела слабый свет, ногами искала дно чтобы оттолкнуться и нашла! Когда вынырнула, меня выкручивало и я не могла вздохнуть. Думала не выживу, но все обошлось. Позвоночник долго болел. В 37 лет сделали операцию. Берегите себя.

Я альпинистов не понимаю... В любом виде любительского спорта должна быть страховка, чтобы люди не гибли. Глупая смерть. Just look it up or try it yourself before correcting on things you clearly don’t know much about.

My husband lost two brothers that way. Twelve and thirteen years old when they died together-trapped under ice. They were ice skating and fell through. They quickly were washed under the ice by swift currents and couldn’t find their way out.
