O-H-I-O member this was a "Rebuilding" year wait till next year Terelle Pryor(come to OSU) or not we'll be back in the Nat'l Title game and what the SEC will send a diffrent team cuz none of y'all are dynasties like us
Ok well yea i am a Buckeye fan & ok if we never produced a good QB then i guess i imagined Troy Smith winning the Heisman in a landslide of Quinn. Yea & what about Rex Kern & Cornelius Green??? yea they didnt win the Heisman but they were damn good & they got the job done. Pryor will not flush his talent down the toilet. He is a smart kid & Jim Tressel is one hell of a teacher. He will prepare him & teach him what he needs to know.
You know whats even more of an accomplishment? 8 out of the 12 SEC schools have a better academic standing than OSU. We study hard, and party harder. OSU....loses hard, sucks even harder.
Yeah you are right we sucked at defending the spread, but do you honestly think that they sat around on their butts all off season & did not work on defending the spread??? If you do you are mistaken. They have a better offense, defense, & special teams than that team up north. And another thing, if Pryor is so bad than why is he the #1 recruit in all of football????
Ok first off xhalz, we still lead the series between osu by 16 gamers, we just got a coach who recruits nothin but speed and runs the spread, exactly what osu sucks at defending and at least we can beat the SEC. And pryor isn't even that great of a passer, we've got quarterbacks coming in for 09 and even one in 08 with 60% or better, and are all mobile with a 40 yard dash of 4.5.
