Hi from the UK, I love watching your vlogs as you always come across as an upbeat person. In a previous vlog you were wondering how to stop your rug from curling up, had you thought about turning it over and rolling it the other way when you pack up. Maybe then it will curl under making it easier to stand on and flatten. Just a thought 😊

That was a nice market, I really enjoyed seeing all the stall setups and would have loved to stroll around there.
I wonder if your new shelves could sit on top of your black and yellow bins? If they sat stable it would get the shorter one off the ground easier for people to look and get one of your crates out of the way. I also wonder if you could get a cover for the crates because they take away from the look of your stall but I also understand the reason for keeping them in easy access for storage of stock and easy pull down should it downpour of rain.
I love how you hang your clothing on the tent using those karabiner clips. It's so tricky isn't it to find the correct setup while keeping it quick easy and light to carry back and forwards. I love markets where they let you keep your car with your tent. Congrats on a great start to 2024 and I hop you got your dress
I will have to try putting them on top of the bins that's a good idea! I've been thinking of getting garment bags to lessen the amount of bins I need to bring, that seems to be what a lot of other people do. I've ordered a large rolling rack that I'm going to keep handy just in case rain is forecasted because my clothes do stick out a little past the tent when on the dowels. It is really hard to find the perfect set up but I feel like I get a little closer each time haha. I've never had a market where I can be close to the car I would love that!! Thanks again so much for being here, I didn't end up getting the dress but maybe next time :)
Enjoy your content this year. I like the new shelves you bought... I thought of something when you were walking around showing the market.... your check out stand that you made is super cute.. thought it might be cute to get a vertical banner made with your company information on it and attach it to the front so it adds more branding to the booth... I Really hope you do well at the 904 pop up later this month.. I have done two of them and. wont do anymore. I found that alot of people come to the event to hang out and eat at the food trucks and go to the beach, but dont really buy things. I think alot of vendors have had this experience there. I only live 15 minutes from the location so its disapointing that it isnt one I will do again.. really hope your experience is better.. I didnt break even either of the two I was in.
Hey for tent weights. we use the ones that are bags that have velcro straps you attach to the tent legs and you fill the bags with sand. they are about 35 pounds each. so they are heavy and you have to use a cart or wagon to move them from car to tent but they work great. I got mine on amazon and i bought white so they aren't as noticeable as black weights are.

I've thought about getting a sign made of acrylic or wood for the front of the check out stand with information on it but I don't want to invest in anything with Goo Goo Goods on it while I'm saving up to prepare to change the name lol. I hope I do well too, they've added some fun activities to the line up of what people can do this year so hopefully that attracts more people. I've thought about getting some bigger sands ones but for most of my events I don't need super heavy weights usually. I have another set of the 10 pounds but I can't find them lol
Do you think you could spray paint the yellow tub lids with one of your signature colors? They take away from your booth astetic. Or throw a pink sheet over them? Thanks for posting. Im learning from you. 😊
That's a good idea I do have extra spray paint, I wonder how well it would adhere to the tops! I'll have to figure out how I want to handle that. I've also thought about garment bags for bringing some of the clothes so that they don't need to be in bins at all!

Thank you so much and thank you for the advice! I mostly use my grid wall on the outside of my tent as the colorful draw in but I am definitely in the process of adding more colorful apparel items. My set up and products are always changing and evolving but I definitely think I am heading in the right direction :)
I notice in your craft fair setups that you keep your black/yellow totes in or near your booth. Is it possible to take those back to your car after you set up? They make the space cluttered looking and take away from your cute items.
Hello! Most of the bins do contain extra product so I keep most of them nearby just in case I need anything. I am still working on ways to help conceal/eliminate having them be visible. Sometimes I am able to take empty ones back to the car but it can be pretty tricky if the car isn't close by since I'm a one man team for these markets haha. I am working on it though!
