Just to correct what was said at the very end. Ran did not trade AJ Brown, JRob did. Vrabel was pissed and this led to JRob getting fired midseason (among other things). Vrabel did a lot of great things for the Titans but his major flaw is hiring his own buddies and sticking with them. He will not find the best person for the job. He will find his guys and not make a change. That never works. He also fought for more GM control when JRob was fired. This led to ownership/new GM and him just going in different directions. I am not saying the Titans are better right now for firing him, our record is butt. However, they are looking towards the future and trying to build a more modern offense. Something Vrabel is not good with. Vrabel is good at getting the most out of what he is handed. He can turn nothing into something passable. He is just very arrogant and doesn't play nice with others.
