Hi Arris on, thanks for posting your wonderful videos. I just got a low cost leather machine and, following your advises, it works smoothly and reliably. Only issue I'm facing is that presser foot change "direction" while rotating the sewing cylinder: this makes impossible to see straight and predict position of needle entering fabric or leather. Any advise on that? Thank you in advance!
Thanks for the heads up on these. I ordered a set, and they do slide a little bit on leather, for me. I'll try adding the file marks on the underside and see if that improves. That's an issue that I have run into - inconsistent movement of the leather by the presser feet - not sure if I simply need to change how hard the foot is pressing, as well. More tinker time...
AWESOME! Thank you! I'm ordering some feet tomorrow just so I can have a spare and to try it out. You may not think that you need it but when you do, it's great to have it on hand already tested and fitted!
I have recently overhauled, modified, and improved my Chinese Sewing Machine. Now I’m in the process of installing a double reduction V belt motor operated system.
Harrison, you’d be the man to help. I had some thread get stuck in my machine, and after I cleared it, I noticed the presser foot will no longer advance my material, or lift and lower properly. Can’t find any videos or help online at all. Can you weight in? Thanks! - J.B.
Good Day Harrison, thank you very much for your informative videos. I tried to follow the link for the FB group, but it seems I have to be a member to get access to the group. I also tried searching on FB but do not see such a group. What should I search for on FB please.
Hey Harrison, let me start off by saying your videos covering this machine are extremely informative and they helped me with a few issues I was experiencing so thank you. I am having an issue with the presser foot on my machine, first of all when the foot is down the needle hits it because it covers the hole where the needle picks up the bobbin thread and when the foot rises, it only goes up about a quarter inch or so. I have tried correcting the problem by turning the foot adjustment screw but it doesn't help at all. Have you heard of this problem and cam you make any suggestions to correct it. Thanks so much. Mike
Hey Harrison, you mentioned that Alonzo sp? had more than one foot. I'm only seeing one offered and he's on vacation apparently. Do you have his contact info or maybe he's selling the feet on Etsy? I'd like to see all the options he has available. Also you mentioned a FB group but I don't see that you posted the link. What's the name of it? Love your videos! Fairly ironic that I'm typing this to you and I'm wearing that same exact nasa shirt. Thanks! Norm
I don't have Alonzo's contact info anymore, that video was made a few years ago. I would wait for him to get back from vacation and send him a message on eBay. When I shot this video he had three or four different styles for sale. That FB group made the room private and it went to hell shortly after. I no longer use Facebook, so I am not sure if a new group started or they went back to being an open room. I would look up CLSP sewing machine on the group tab and see what it pulls up. Thanks for checking out our videos and have a wonderful day!! Those Nasa shirts are awesome...Great minds dress alike. LOL
My 2 screws holding my presser foot are so tight that I cant get them off. My screwdriver is actually damaging the head of the screw almost to the point where theyll be stripped. Any suggestions?
I used a file to make the flat head grip deeper and then I used a chainsaw wrench with the screwdriver attached to get that bad boy. Oil and heat work too

@@MainelyAcresFarmBrooks hi can you share tha information about where I can buy after market press foot. For cobbler machine.
I just got the new presser feet from Mr Alonzo and there was a little thing of E7000 glue, what is that for?
I am not sure, I didn't get any glue with the ones he sent me. Maybe that's something new.
I had a question my Chinese machine the presser foot isn’t moving when I sew what would be the problem?
