yea, thats the weird part. i guess their mother was a rabbit.
There mother is Edna, its pretty much confirmed in the episodes Get of my Back and Family Day, Carl and Herman are there evil counterparts.
Actually, Yin and Yang's biological mother is never seen or mentioned, and no explanation is given for her absence.
