Commander Thorn i high recommend iron blooded orphans as a great starting point to the whole franchise but the original normally called 0079 that came out in 1979 is still amazing and I’d watch the movie versions if I was you that’s what I did

RX-78-1! (the colors looks better than the 2)

RX-78 3 and 4 are the same situation as the top 2, being that the two Mobil suits are the unicorn and banshee(the marida version) gundams. 1 and 2 are kinda the same situation as you, being with the zaku 2s and goufs, I like them both but it depends on the day on which I like more.
Will you be grabbing the new Black Series 6' Stormtrooper Commander? I got mine in the mail yesterday and the amount of detail and weathering is awesome, highly recommend it if you can find a place that still has some.

I get the love for UC, but my personal favorite suit would have to be the Barbatos Lupus.
I prefer the rick dom II over the original rick dom. It's just nice looking rick dom.
