I kinda get why boruto's ftg is unique. He doesn't need special kunai and markings. 2 things it's due to his jougan because we all know that it has the ability to manipulate time and space which is his kekkei genkai. 2nd is his elemental attributes water, wind and lightning. i think boruto maybe has kekkei totai. If water and wind is ice release that haku uses to travel into the mirror world then plus lightning it kinda serves as somewhat like a tesseract. In the avengers movie tesseract is the space stone that allows the wielder to teleports. It might be already a kekkei mora because boruto already has kekkei genkai which is his jougan plus a kekkei totai. Kekkei mora in which only kaguya have said to possessed.
