BLI Alco RSD 15 Upgraded with Tsunami2

"I was requested to remove a Paragon 2 decoder from a BLI Alco RSD 15 and install a Tsunami2, TSU-21PNEM8, P.N.885811 using a Decoder Buddy, by a club member. How come you left the styrofoam on the loco?

I believe this was an install for a customer so to protect the handrails they left the foam in. That’s my best guess. I tend to do the same when doing hood unit diesel installs.
